Brenda was absolutely the kindest person at the mall today while at the register, she made my daughter feel so special while checking out and since it was her first time paying by herself Brenda was extra patient and let my daughter take her time. This happened hours ago and my daughter is still talking about the nice lady at Claire’s lol

Yoshi (forgive me if I misspelled) but she piercied my 8yr old daughter ears and did an amazing job so sweet and patient with her ❤️ my daughter was so nervous but she made sure she was comfortable before starting thank you 😊!!

I have been coming specifically to this location since moving to San Antonio. My 9yr old daughter wanted her ears pierced but was scared. The lady who did her piercing was patient and kind which allowed my daughter to successfully get her ears pierced. Each time we have come to purchase earrings or other things the customer service has been amazing.

The African American lady with the Jean jacket that says love was very rude to me she told every customer about the sales and promotions expect me. Also when I went to the register to ask her something she turned the other way . I was going to buy stuff but after that interaction I was discouraged to buy anything

i hate this place so much. I must have asked the girl so many times not to give me the expensive ear wash and she did it anyway. This is the most scammy store. i will never go there again. both my and my daugter's piercings are uneven.

They had pretty good deals. There was a clearance rack that said anklets on sale for a dollar. The cashier did not honor the sign even though there was a sign behind her that said all anklets are $1. She looked at me like I'm d*** and said it's gonna be full price.

I went to this specific location because I was already in the mall and wanted to get my helix pierced. Just to be on the safe side make sure to speak up if you feel the person doing the piercing isn’t taking proper steps to ensure a sterile piercing. I made the mistake of not speaking up and my helix piercing became very inflamed, red, hot and I felt a throbbing pain for three days. To be clear, this was my second helix piercing, the first one I got was at a different Claire’s location off of 151 and the piercer was also a younger woman but her hygiene during the process was SO much better than the girl that pierced me at the mall. I would say just to be cautious anywhere you go, and wanted to make this public so someone else doesn’t go through what I’m going through.
