Stop by the store 05/20/2025 at 7:40pm only to find the store closed! Just wow! This is my daughter’s favorite store what a disappointing experience she just had for her 1st grade graduation shopping spree at Claire’s. Hopefully someone in management reads this and fixes this issue for the future.

Friendly service and good selection. We did a piercing and received 20% off the rest of our items. Will go back for our next piercing! I can’t remember the name of the woman who helped us, but she was very informative and very sweet.

I came in at 11am, the time they’re supposed to open and stood there for 5 minutes and still close. No one was inside, very unprofessional, it took me 25 min to get to the store for this.Not coming back!

I went to Claire’s looking for a specific jewelry item. The young lady who worked there helped me find exactly what I needed. I am highly allergic to jewelry with nickel and the associate working that day was patient and kind as she showed me what she had in stock, even bringing out jewelry from the back when I couldn’t decide on anything on the floor. They had a good selection for nickel free titanium jewelry.

I went in there with a friend to get my ears pierced. I'm not necessarily mad at the woman who was taking care of us, she was very busy with multiple customers. Though she didn't really pay any mind to them because she was busy talking with one singular customer. Instead of looking at what she had to let us know ahead of time, she continued to talk to the one customer instead of checking in with the other 5+ people. I understand that she was busy, but does it really take that long to help one person to get her ears pierced? She was not acknowleging the other customers which is why many of them left without checking anything in.The other thing I was a bit upset about was the 'discount' they offered with the earrings. The earrings were 20 dollars and they only took off 3 dollars to compensate for the 40+ minutes that they wasted off of our time. I certainly won't be coming back, but please, have two people there if times get busy. Especially if you're going to put a person who only prioritizes one customer..Again, I don't have issues with the lady who took care of us. She was very nice and having a discount was generous of her.. I'm just a bit upset at the time taken from our hands since we had plans. (Which we had to cancel because of this situation.)

We waited 40. Minutes. FORTY. MINUTES. While the one employee there talked to her friend the ENTIRE TIME. While we waited to get an ear piercing. Only for them to NOT have what they needed, which she could've said and checked in the first place! We will not be attending a Claire's store again. This was incredibly unprofessional. There were several other customers coming in then leaving cause this amateur who clearly doesn't care about her job wasn't doing her job.
