I received notification that my account at Lockaway Storage near Randoph AFB. I had a receipt through December. Austin took a look a look at the paper work, and at my account, and figured out it was from 2012. I had brought in the wrong paper work. He was courteous and helpful, and never made me feel like I was wrong. Austin is a valuable asset to your organization.

One of the biggest mistakes we have ever made. Terrible communication going on there. Even the movers told my wife of the bad communication and problems that they have when they go to pick stuff up. If you ever need moving or storage I would stay far away from these people.

The ABSOLUTE WORST!!!!! They failed to communicate effectively with me in terms of my pick up and it seems as though they fail to communicate effectively with each other because I would have one person tell me one thing and then turn around and have someone else from their office call and tell me something different. They are a sham and are not to be trusted!!

It was a great idea to begin with - kind of expensive but did leave me with no physical labor. Until the delivery - lots of hidden costs!!!!

I called closet box to schedule a pick up and it was the best decision I have made when it comes to moving. The movers were there right on time two days after I scheduled. The three guys that showed up were professional and friendly. I could not believe that my two bedroom townhome was empty in two hours maybe less. Everything was handled with care and wrapped up for protection while in storage. They even helped me break down a table that I forgot about the night before. Closet box customer service and billing staff are amazing and hassle free. They allowed me to change my billing date with no problem at all. I recommend closet box storage to all my family and friends now.

Easy, cheap, and courteous. Moved home between apartments for a summer. So much easier than moving my stuff to storage, making it fit, and retrieving it. Not more expensive than any other option really. If I had to store stuff again, I'd go with them.
