Curbside customer service gets a 0
Not all the employees, some are very nice.
Went out of my way to return their employee device that was left in my trunk
No one would help me at Curbside. *Jackie ignored me completely. No one inside would help me. Never said Thank you for returning it.
**Instead, she said, "yea, sure. Whatever" after handing it to her.
No one answered the phones on multiple extentions at the store.

Very bad experience from auto tires services which is totally paralyzed. I handed over my car to the operator to replace the tires and then disappeared and after waiting 2 hours they didn’t changed the tires and now started to changed the tire and told me that it is going to take 1 hours from now on thus they waste my 2 hours.

Seems like the automotive department aisles are always empty, I can’t never find common items like turtle spray on wax, Mobil 1 5w30 oil or acdelco oil filters.
