I forgot a bag here on my way out last night and when I called this morning I spoke to a rep from the store, when I asked her about what to do, she yelled that she couldnt help me and when I asked for someone who can help, she hung up. I have called back several times, and there has been no answer. Everyone has bad days but keep those who cannot handle customer care in the back.

Amazing customer service from the team lead from automotive Tyler. He was covering the paint department and made some paint for us. Multi tasking really nice, stocking, cleaning, great customer service.

I called in to see if i could return something. The lady who picked up the phone was rude, absolutely horrible. I came in and was helped by Ruby at customer service, and she was awesome. Who ever is manning the phones, my goodness, give them some feedback.

Every visit to Walmart is a positive one. Despite the prices going up, along with every store, it's still cheaper here, without the Dollar store quality.

Customer service in front sucks no help at all even with my receipt and told them what happen left an item I had purchase and they couldn't go check or ask the cashier who had attended me just automatically told me sorry and in camera it shows you took it assuming only rude and lazy in my opinion! I should of not listen to the lady by the door to go to them I should of just gone to the cashier. I did after them and he remember me and he gave it to me without issues he was nice unlike customer service I did go back to them to show them I got it that he did had it after all unlike them assuming I had taken it work on your understanding and patience and really checking with your employee if he has it bad communication .
