My car was towed here after an accident. My insurance company needed to tow it to another location but they wouldn’t release the vehicle without a $700 storage fee and they would only accept cash. This place is super shady. I will never let my car go near there again.

This is the 2nd time we took a car to Collision Specialists. They are great. They are very detailed in their work and our car looks new (was rear ended with bumper and trunk damage) They even had the car washed when we picked it up. Nanette was so very helpful with navigating the insurance end of things (which was a nightmare) and working w the rental car. They were excellent w communication. Everyone was so friendly...feels like family. I highly recommend them.

I just wanna say thank you so much for this amazing place and the work they did on my car. On October 18th, I got into a accident, and my car was sent here since it's very close to where I live. Now from the time it's been there till today, they have taken care of my car SO GOOD. The staff is very friendly, and my car just looks so good like it never got into a car accident and it honestly feels like it drives better then before! I appreciate yalls work SO very much, and the patience yall had with my Yaris!

Collision Specialists Center not only fixed my car good as new, they treated me like a friend. Bob kept me appraised of the work on the car and his communications with the insurance, so I didnt have to keep double calling. The whole crew here was patient, kind, and inclusive! I really got lucky to find them thanks to google. I had major damage to the front right side of my car, now it looks just like when i took it off the lot! There was also damage to the left side, but the majority was to the right. Thank you guys for not just taking care of the car, but having patience to answer all my questions and helping me to feel comfortable there.

Definitely a good place to take your car too if you ever get in a car accident. My car works perfectly good now seems like nothing ever happen to it. Preforms like I first bought it off the lot. But I do wish they’d keep me updated on my car every week or so instead of me calling. But anyways overall good experience.

I had gotten hit on November 19 from a police chase minutes after I have left for work. As this was my first accident in a car I barley owned it for 4 months, I didn’t know where or who to go. Since this was close to home, I decided to choose Collision Specialist to help with my car. As it’s January 6, I had gotten back my car and when I say it’s like nothing happened, literally nothing happened! Everything looks great and they even cleaned the inside of my car that’s filled with clothes and shoes (like I said, I was coming back from work). My adjuster updated me on anything that they have told him and relayed the messages to me. I really do appreciate Collision Specialist for their hard work on getting cars fixed up. If anything happens to your car, I really do recommend Collision Specialist!

I've always had trust issues when sending my car to someone's body shop, but Bob and his team made sure to gain my trust. They were AMAZING! My Camry was wrecked in December. My front bumper was damaged, hood, headlights, the collision sensor and more. I took my car to them in January. Anytime I called Bob to get an update on my car, he made sure to give me accurate details and made sure to help keep my stress levels at a minimum. He also made it a point to let me know that he is taking his time to fix my car and put it back in the condition it is supposed to be in. That's what I like to hear! I finally picked up my car on February 4 and my baby was not only fixed and back in great condition and running good as new, but he went as far as giving my car a wash! It was so clean and shiny! I appreciate Bob and his team for not only communicating with me when I needed it, but taking their time with repairing my car, respecting the fact that it means a lot to me, and going the extra mile with taking it to get it washed. I've NEVER had a body shop go the extra mile the way Bob did. He even helped save me money on car parts and I did not have to pay my full deductible! I was able to realize that Bob is the definition of an owner with PASSION. He's passionate about his work, and he's passionate about providing great customer service.
