I have been with this bank all the way back to Texas Bank & Texas State Bank & all the other Bank name changes. The name changed but the quality of services never did. They have always cared about me as a customer & as a person. They are all very professional, caring & always greeting & acknowledging you. Comerica Bank treats you as Family. When covid hit & the bank inside closed they called me from time to time to see if I needed anything & to make sure I was okay. They take the extra mile for there customers & I appreciate that very much. Thank you all at Comerica Bank for all the ways in which you have treated me as a Customer & Friend. I will forever be a loyal Customer of Comerica Bank. God Bless each & everyone of you.

I thought the bad comments were fake until I came inside the bank. It's disappointing. And the worst thing is that the manager doesn't care.

They are so slow and under staffed it pitiful they only have two people working in here when they need more what should be about 20 to 30 minutes in the bank ends up taking an hour in a half it’s crazy

Longest wait time forever. The ATM is always out of money. Cannot go inside. Have to wait in the mobile and it takes them about 20/30 minutes per car. Had two cars ahead of us and going on a hour wait. Wish we didn't even have to go here

It's a good bank but I got tired of using the motor bank. For the longest time we weren't able to walk into the lobby and make in person transactions. Another drawback is there just isn't many branches here in town.The bankers and tellers are extremely helpful and nice to the customers.

I got my ssi on the 29 I wen through there ATM to withdraw and my money wasn’t dispensed, since then till today I haven’t received my money back they charged me over 400$ and they haven’t returned my bank a call to dispute the situation, I was told commerce can’t do nothing about it now I have bills disconnected tomorrow having my money back!! Then they told me they had me run around because the main office was just telling them to tell me it was fixed just to get me out the lobby and they never fixed it, I was told to make a police report of theft to my account

Drive thru service only again ! No open lobby by appointment only.ATM service available.Only one person today at the drive thru come on why ?

Very slow service and they worry more about the drive thru then the inside customers they have 3 people doing nothing on the side in cubicles waste of manpower

I’ve been trying to contact someone about my account being frozen since Friday ! I’ve been transferred so many times on different days , I’ve been told so many different things , I was told the people responsible are going to call me , never gotten a call , I am calling and calling , NO ANSWER ! It’s business hours so there is no excuse, bad customer service!

Atm temporarily closed and very poor lighting
