Poor customer service. The branch manager "VP" Alberto "Albert" treats customers based on their appearance. He's rude, unwelcoming, unapprochable and does little to help resolve customer issues. Would recommend going to any other nearby branch. I Would like to express my experience to a district manager.

ATM ate my card. They shredded it. At least they were polite? Pretty wild just to destroy someone’s card and move along with your day.

So far so good they have helped me .was with cap one caught em cheating cap one then locked me out kept all my money and now problem with direct express .I think they will help. More so than anyone so far will update
