The office people in charge of doing auditing receipts keeping track of payments etc. are terrible. made me pay an extra $25 even though I paid for all eight of my classes at the end of the classes. they did not disclose that if you miss a class it’s $45 so after paying the $250 which is what the class was supposed to cost. I ended up paying an additional 120 (45 for 2 missed classes + the extra class that i paid for.) when I tried to resolve the issue and gave them my card numbers that I had to use to pay for the classes. They said that it didn’t show any of them on file, I don’t know how they keep track of this stuff but it’s obviously not working. Be warned make sure you keep as much of a paper trail as you can if you have to attend this class. (New intervention program) Brady the instructor was great! He taught well he listened to you. He was able to relate talked a lot about recovery and how it changed his life All in all Brady was awesome.

Avoid!!!! The building is highly run down. The staff treats individuals like criminals. They refuse service if you don't fill out completely their questionnaire, - In my case even if the questions don't pertain to the traffic offense. Apparently this is the only school offering an Aggressive Drivers Course Level - 1, so I suggest if you have any issues answering the questions, file a complaint with the city and state how unprofessional this "Non-profit Company" is handling city affairs. I'd like to know how they are non-profit charging what fees they do.

Mr. Desoto took our money after we paid for the classes and took them and then reported back to the court that nothing was done. What a waste because instead of helping our community he is just as corrupt! So word of advice please be careful there are other programs out there that do the same thing as this. Would not recommend at all!!!!

Ms. Mendiola is the best. This program was unfortunate to have to take, but I learned a lot even though it was a lot to take in. I needed to hear everything and learn what I learned and the environment made it a safe place to do so.

Keep your receipts, bring them to every session. They do not do a good job a keeping record of what you've paid. For my last session, I was required to pay my balance in full to receive certificate. To my surprise I was told my balance was more than what it actually was, even after partnering with them beforehand to get it sorted. Great thing I had my recipts in hand with the instructor's signature confirming what I actually owe. My card was still charged more than what was required but $2 overcharge wasn't a battle worth fighting. I just wanted to leave the place.

I highly recommend this class and this organization. I got to meet some pretty amazing people. I learned that everyone in the class has a story. Some made me laugh, some made me cry, but I was most humbled by the ones who shared their story with me.Some cases were more extreme than others. The idea of getting up in front of complete strangers and sharing why you are in a class like this is very intimidating & humbling at the same time. We learned to trust each other, help each other & encourage each other in the class.I’m extremely humbled & blessed that I was able to be a part of a class like this. My biggest take away from this class is that I get to share the blessings I’ve learned with others. EVERYONE (especially humans)should take this class!!!

The type of people that work here are the worst type you ever want to deal with. They are horrible, envious, and all sorts of negative toward you and any good that happens you or others. They have had few new people, and few young people. They had this young guy about two years ago they really tried with others, and expected more from us. He was more educated, more experienced and didn't look down on us like the current staff does. They must have gotten rid of him three months later he was gone. I guess they feared his experience and new take on dealing with us. I really wish I could report these people, but I will be saying someone to my judge.

Unfortunately I had a situation where I found myself having to take classes here at C.A.T. , at first I was not into it just going thru the motion “Just checking a Box” is what I was telling myself! Then something happened! I met a person that not only showed me the light but personally cared about my development! Mr. Dean took a very different approach to teaching us! We were not just a number, not just another bad apple that couldn’t get right but just a person who made mistakes or found him or herself in a situation that made the wrong decision because of not having the right tools! As I continued to be in his class he made me understand my part in the problem! I didn’t think any of this situation was my fault but Mr. Dean showed my that I truly did have a part in the situation! After spending that time with Mr. Dean I realize that was a blessing! I learn so much about how to handle issue before they reason a point of no return! I am a better person after meeting Mr. Dean....thank you Sir for what you have done for me! I’m more prepared for what’s ahead in my life! If anyone is fortunate to have him as your instructor please give in to system early because you will find out he was sent here to be a light in your time of darkness!!!

The staff is helpful, knowledgeable and highly motivated to help you make the changes in your life. During my time there I grew through the training and sessions. Today I can say I have a better understanding conflict resolutions, emotional dynamics of relationships and also a better understanding of myself. If you take these classes, take them with an open mind and heart, trust me you will come out better than you came. Thank Dean and thank you to your staff.

Great program, Dean is a wonderful person and a great guidance teacher. I’m glad I was required to take this program. It definitely changed my perspective on my probation and how it affects my family and others around me. Each day I walked out the class feeling positive and ready to take on my goals that I had set.

Class was very helpful and I learned a lot of parenting tricks I didn't consider. The instructor Mr. Soto was very nice and helpful. If I didn't understand something he would break it down so that we could understand. I highly recommend this group to others.
