Had some start up issues with a PC I've had for a couple years. Mr. Ray was able to teach me some new things and get me in the right direction to repairing my PC. He's very knowledgeable and made sure to explain everything in detail. Hope I don't have to, but if I need more repairs, I'm returning to this place!

Horrible waited to get a decal done the guy was none acknowledge took forever to help just rude customer service I get it's a small business and location but if you can't help just say that!

Last year my computer was hacked while I was in Costa Rica. Mr. Rey gave me the service and confidence that I needed, when he was able to confirm something people around me were having trouble believing. He gave me relief and even went to Best Buy with me to help me when they were giving me trouble. So grateful. Thank you so much, Mr. Rey.

Called and inquired about repairing a glitch for my laptop. $20 diagnostics and from there they'll price you. Didn't use their service after all.

Mr. Rey was very patient in answering all my questions. He knowledgeable about computers and has certifications to prove it. I had bought a computer on Amazon and he was able to tell me exactly what system i needed for the programs i was looking for. He also installed them before i left to make sure they ran correctly.
