From what I've researched, and information gathered from various sources: Selective enforcement of the rules. Allegations can be fabricated with no substantial evidence. Discriminates against age, disability, (when they choose to just hate you for no reason). Pushes the far-left agenda. My conclusion: If you treat others in the manner, then this is the perfect job for you. If you believe in treating others like actual humans, stay away.Conduent...no one is untouchable.

The worse place to work.Different rules everyday.Rules do NOT APPLY TO EVERYONE!They do not accept Drs. Notes. What a joke. They won’t allow you to do anything but sit at your desk waiting on a call, look at the clock. Oh & there’s 3 different clocks you don’t even know which clock you supposed to do by. They do that on purpose so you go over your aux time.

Honestly if I could give 0 stars I would!Do Not Recommend Working Here.MMC and ConduentStill haven’t gotten paid from them for over a month.I started 11/27/2023 worked 1 week and 1 day and a half due to being terminated. Reason for termination was due to my background (assault case that will be deferred after probation) I mentioned my assault case to the Senior Manager of Recruitment Services named “Kita Olds” before moving forward and getting hired on, she stated that my assault case was fine as long as I didn’t have any Fraud or Stealing charges since the campaign I was working for was “fraud prevention” during my first week Frances with MMC called me to her office and told me I never signed a hiring packet when indeed I did but still signed it AGAIN because why argue when I thought I had a job set. Later she calls me again telling me I needed my birth certificate as an I9, form because my social and state ID wasn’t enough, but again I was never told I needed to provide a copy of my birth certificate to them, one because “Kita” the “Senior Manager of Recruitment Services” never mentioned it and since I was hired with Kita SHE told me I was all set for my first day with everything I provided to her.Now let’s move to my check and how I haven’t been paid. To begin with on my first week the trainer told us repeatedly that we were going to use a different app to put in our direct deposit and check our hours and what not, instead of the paycom app that we all originally thought we were going to use. Turns out it really was paycom we were supposed to use! (I find this out once I’m already terminated and after the day I’m supposed get paid and never did.)I reach out to “mmctimesheets” explaining my situation, and apologized on my behalf (which really wasn’t my fault) because it wasn’t confirmed that we actually were using “paycom” I apologized because my direct deposit and demographics I have with MMC on paycom was from 2 years ago when I worked for them for “Texas Work Force”I didn’t update it because like I said MY TRAINER TOLD ME NOT TO WORRY BECAUSE WE WERENT USING PAYCOM!!! However I took it into my own hands to log in and change my info to get paid. MMCTIMESHEETS emailed me back and told me it was sent out to my old chase account that was closed off. I reach out to Chase not once but 5 freaken times about my deposit and was told repeatedly it was sent back to my employer (MMC/Conduent) I bickered back and forth with Chase management, customer service and Chase specialist and they all gave me the same information with printed copies of them sending my check back to MMC, provided the trace number, amount and account number. Now I reached out to MMCTIMESHEETS today 01/05/2024 while at a Chase branch and now MMC is useless!!!!! Still telling me that Chase never sent it back! Can’t even get me my damn check after wasting my time thinking I was going to have a job with them. I definitely do not recommend working with them. Turn over rate is wild! I gave Conduent the benefit of doubt knowing a lot of people who worked for them said NOT to but I still tried only cause Kita confirmed over the phone with me that I was fine to work with them. Kita still denies she never gave me the green light ? Pathetic. Now I’m taking this in my hands and reporting everyone, with all the proof I have to U.S department of Labor.

Just started and who could have guessed bullying has been an issue I have had to already report. I am 40 years old but have to hear younger women with too much time on their hands make constant toxic remarks about appearance, Questions, peoples reading skills, tear apart the trainer, and talk trash about everyone in the class, including myself in earshot. I brought it up to a trainer and honestly the whole vibe is off. I have never met people at a new job be so aggressively against someone who minds their own business. It is reminiscent of something you would see in "mean girls". I am black, they are not, and I guess it all depends on who is in your class. Not much can be done with bad behavior. There is a certain mentality that you may have ignored to get on with your day. Very discouraging and disappointing to experience this after only 2 days of work.

They had toilet issues and brought in porta pottys for everyone to use. I worked late and went to porta potty and was trapped inside triggering an anxiety attack. I was still made to stay and finish my shift. All they tried to do was shut me up and keep me from voicing my complaints. Worst place i have ever worked

This is aa great learning experience if you have never work in a Call Center job before like myself. You are given a lot of opportunity to grow on your customer service and problem solving skills. Sure it came be stressful on some calls, but the end result on knowing you were able to help someone problem is always a great reward

I have been a Conduent Employee for about 3 years now and there are so many great things most companies do not have nor offer. While can be really cold inside it beats working outside especially during the summer months. I have had 3 promotions within the 3 years I have worked here (first promotion 3 months, second promotion 2 years later, third promotion 6 months after that), if you work hard & network with leadership, it is definitely noted when you're looking for growth. Coming from the food service industry I definitely didn't expect to stay with the company for very long, this is my first call center job after all, but this is one of the most rewarding places to work in my opinion. #ONETEAMONEGOAL

I worked for this company for almost 4 years and it was one thing after another. I always why the company never pulled the contract from them. Complete lack of communication and no matter what they tell you about promoting from within is a lie. When you leave the company they don’t send you the boxes to ship their equipment back but tell you that you will be charged if it gets damaged during the shipment. The fact that they wanted me to hold onto boxes for 4 years is shocking to say the least.. I could write so much more about this company. Please do not apply and do not work for this company

I worked at the San Antonio location as a CDS agent in the fraud department and it’s been THE WORSE experience EVER! I was so happy to start this job but once we got started it was an immediate regret! Our trainer had never taught a class for that position. She took a call for us and was so rude to the customer, talked over here and even yelled at her. So bad the customer asked for a manager and of course she didn’t get her one smh. They cheat the time clock. The tracking time is one time, your phone has another time and the actual computer has a totally different time. (The average person is going to look or go off their computer time or phone time not a unknown time we can’t even see but are being tracked on)When I asked about it I was told to be careful not to be too outspoken I might get fired. Smh so you have to stay 2-3 minutes past your time to get all your hours.Their system’s constantly , continuously malfunction and they offer no really help or support for that just tell you to go in private mode and most times that does nothing. Over a hour one day I couldnt get into the time tracking system avaya smhThey should give a notice for this position that you’ll be verbally abused and you’ll have to argue with ppl all day! It’s an EXTREMELY mentally draining job!Every little thing is call avoidance. You have no time between coming into your shift and getting your systems up to clock into avaya for calls, you are expected to immediately take calls soon as you get avaya up.The woman’s bathroom smells all up and down the halls. Only cleaned once a day and it’s always nasty20 of us started training together , 14 made it to the floor and only 10 remain with multiple of the remaining ones having already put in their notice to quit.Forgot to add, you don’t have the convince of your own desk as they do hot seats so you’ll have to move to a different computer daily most times and if you’ve never sat at that computer it won’t save any of your info so you’ll more than likely clock in late getting logged in, happened to me smh.

I would not recommend working here unless you have prior experience in financial services. The training does not prepare you for the job and there are MANY issues. While the trainers and supervisors are friendly they do not know the information themselves to provide support. You can ask them all the same question and get different answers (all the wrong answers). The goals and metrics are unrealistic. They hold training classes often and cannot keep anyone. The only thing I can say is that the job pays well for a call center. Save your money and get some experience and then move on to a better job or career.

Conduent is a good place to work with plenty of starting positions with opportunity to work your way up in the company.
