When I entered to the store the manager started yelling at me because I entered to the store with my HEB shopping bags, according to her I couldn't enter with the supermarket bags (from her tone of voice I deduced that she was assuming that I will steal something from the store), to which she suggested that I have to leave them in front of the store, which I did, but I told her that it was not necessary for her to yell at me and speak with that tone of voice in front of all the clients, I felt discriminated and embarrassed by the fact that her body language was very aggressive towards me, I told her that she should have a little more empathy when addressing clients (she made me so angry and upset that it made me want to cry, no one had ever yelled at me and spoken in that tone like she did), she said felt sorry, but her apology was not sincere (her body language radiated anger), already I had my drinks at the register ready to pay, but instead she told (yelling again) to leave, she took my drinks and placed back inside the fridge, she told me that she would refuse me service, even one of her employees not wanted to charge me for the soda I took from the fountain machine, she told me "take it" but after observing the way she treated me I decided to leave it (the last thing I wanted was her to accuse me of stealing the drink), so I don't like having issues when I'm shopping, I work with customer service and this lady shouldn't be behind a counter serving customers like that, what I've experienced is unheard of, obviously I didn't fall for her game of provocation, didn't yell at her back, because I already knew how conflicted she is. Definitely there are people with education, and unfortunately she lacks a lot, she should take customer service courses, I don't want to imagine how she will treat people with disabilities, it was my favorite store, but now, after these events I prefer never to return. And for the record, next time put a sign on the door about not allowing people with shopping bags or backpacks.

Hi, I am back, and I hope this is read. Look, I spoke to one of the guys I usually see at night after I get off from work. I told him about what has been going on. He informed me that upper management has chosen to close the restroom for the night indefinitely. So everyone has to suffer because a few vagrants in the area? This is a ridiculous move, its a 24/7 store where people shop and get gas and we can't use the damn restrooms? Please fix this. Not for me but for my wife and other woman that need to use the restroom when they need to use them. Figure it out guys this is a major inconvenience. Oh and that new hire for over night, the female that I complained about before. She wouldn't even let us use the tables to eat on even though that's what they there for. She said because the homeless will come and sit because they see us sitting. Again, if this is the case get rid of the tables, why even have them. If everyone is going to get treated like they are homeless why even bother coming here.....So much for my neighborhood gas station.
PS: large lids and large cups are commonly not stocked and you have to ask. Old grumpy lady will blow you off if you ask her and proceed to just not make eye contact, ignore you, and move around you like your the damn plague. She has 0 customer service skills and everyone else that works there knows and trys to make up for her rude behavior. She works in the morning.

Some of the customers late at night time can be kinda ghetto, but that's just San Pedro for you. The cashiers are always friendly and their prices aren't too bad.

Having worked all day and the a/c in the car on the blink, I pulled into the Circle K on the corner of San Pedro and Olmos, to get what I consider the BEST Coke frostie I've ever had. However, walking past all the food items, my belly screamed FEED ME. I browsed a little as my stomach growled angrily cause I was taking too long, and finally decided on pepperoni tornadoes. Not sure where the name fits, but they were delicious. I took a couple cups of salsa Verde, which was surprisingly hot, but with 44 ounces of Coke frostie, I wasn't concerned with the burn. The Circle K chain is very clean, however this particular store is exceptionally clean. For instance... you don't grab a lid from a stack where others have put their hands. Rather, you pull a handle and a single lid pops out to you. Restrooms are always open and clean, and they have a beer cave. (It's better seeing it for yourself ). And each day I've stopped, there's always something on sale at the registers. It's either BOGO, or 50% off.I'm very impressed Circle K, keep up the great work.Adios amigos...

I went to redeem a free pizza slice and "froster" I won on the company website. I went the day prior but was told that pizza wasn't available after 6PM. The same staffer told me at about 3:30PM that pizza isn't available after 2PM. She had to cook fresh pizza. It was cheese. I asked if she was making pepperoni; she said just cheese. I left. She couldn't be bothered to make a pepperoni. She only made three cheese slices. Just imagine if I went to buy pizza.

I love circle K I always by a ice cold drink and get a burger there so good and I love the fresh donuts and so far everyone has been very nice and has good customer service and I brag on them they have respect for there customers and there always busy the store is so clean. I live down the street from the circle K on Perrin Central boulevard and Perrin bidel and y'all are on the corner

It was November 26,2022 after 10pm .I asked if she can help us out when she started yelling at me that she only has 2 hands and that she will not hurry up .she did not want to scan my items unless I was going to hear her sad sobbing story. And proceeded to yell at me in front of my mom and son I think she may need to be evaluated by behavioral health. Getting kicked out for being polite. Worst experience ever...

I really hate this place sometimes! Every time I go in for some wings they don't have any. When ask if they can make some, the answer is "not right now", "I'm busy with something else" or just straight up "No"!

On Fridays you are supposed to be able to purchase 5 dollars pizza but every time I try to purchase one, they won't make it or sell me one. They are too lazy to put the pizza in the oven for 4 min. I waited in a long line to order the pizza and was told I had to wait until the last person in line was served. Well I already waited in that line and I am a paying customer too so why not just put the pizza in the oven and continue working? Also it's not safe to go to this location at night alone as transit people hanging out front buying and selling meth. Men going up to my car and asking for money. Doesn't feel very safe. To bad they can't hire good people And make it a nice neighborhood shop.
