I went around 1am to get some water and the store seemed open, lights were on no sign on door and there’s a customer waiting outside that informed me that he had already been waiting 15 minutes, so I waited and 15 minutes passed by and nothing, to be honest I get a bit worried so I wait another 15 minutes and nothing. Other customer left super upset so I decided to call the store phone number to see if anyone would pick up I called a total of 9 times no one picked up, I was considering calling the police because I’m thinking someone might be hurt or something, I go and check behind the dumpster and when I’m coming back I see him half asleep and he had that caught red handed look on his face coming out of the front entrance supply closet and he looks at us and start looking in his pockets looking for keys and jogs to go look for something and I see him go into the restroom, im thinking he’s looking for the keys to unlock the door 10 minutes pass by and nothing, he never came to open the door, at this point im so confused so I called the store again and he answers and I start walking back and he sees me out there waiting and literally runs to hide from me like a child and I ask if the store is open and he’s acting like he can’t hear me because I say “ can you hear me ?” And he responds with a sarcastic “no” he proceeds to tell me the store won’t be open till the morning he gave me bs excuse. So I go to another store and when I come home my mom is calling the store because she went herself and it was still closed (forgot to informed her) and when he answered my mom asked if the store was open, he plain said no and my mom wanted to ask why does this happen all the time but my moms English is not the best she only got to say “why” without letting her ask he just hangs up on her, also was wearing a black shirt so definitely he’s either a manager or an assistant. Very disappointed and I’ll be calling corporate

terrible service overnight i was the only customer and he gave me such a hard time i just decided to go to another store! I wish I could’ve got his name but he was very unprofessional

There’s a young lady that works there that is very rude and will argue back and forth with you. She is not professional at all. You guys need to get rid of her or you guys will lose a lot of business. Seen her argue with numerous of people while coming in.

I went in today and purchased a pack of cigarettes at 11:18 pm for $10.34 then I left and was driving home and another purchase of $7.06 was charged to my card at 11:25 pm I wasn’t even there that’s fraud and I’m going to report it to the police

The new manager is very rude and unprofessional, I have been coming to the store for 30 years and I have never found anyone with more poor customer service. The manager is unfamiliar with policy, this store has lost my business . personally I feel i have to write and share the poor experience I have had at this store ,the night manager displayed clearly a stereotyping for the people that live in this neighborhood he is a horrible representative to this brand at this location please someone address this immediately I would hate for anyone to have to endure the racism and lack for customer service that I had to experience. My family and I will not be returning 05/11/2024

Night shift locks the doors to let only certain people in, no idea why, but if the store has to "close for reports" for over an hour every night, maybe someone isn't doing something right.

Moved into the neighborhood about 5 yrs ago tried to make this my store but y'all make it so difficult . no drinks and beer everything is still stacked in pallets in the cooler have to ask for permission to go in there.They are 2 people working there .The store next door only have one person working there and they are fully stock .Guess I found my neighborhood store ...last time i was at your store they had some guy (thieve) working there with two people at the register 07/23/21

06/2021 - I've been a customer here since 2009 but will go out of my way to avoid this store from now on. There's a new manager that just doesn't care. The coolers are always empty and the manager is full of excuses when it's brought to her attention. If you come at the right time of day, you'll see four or more employees standing around talking. The store needs cleaning, trash needs to be changed, and the coolers are empty. I tried to call their 800 number today and held for nearly an hour before hanging up.

A Mananger out of all workers charged me for a pack of cigarettes and then he said it was declined and I tried it again and again. Still nothing apparently, I check my bank account on my phone and should he it was taken out my account replaced then taken out again I even my bank and they explained that the charge had went through. He still went on and proceeded not to sell me my ciggerets and started to talk mess because I did a partial payment on my card and had the rest in cash.. This store HAS LOST MY BUSINESS FOREVER!!! I WOULD/WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS STORE. just go to the one right across the street from it WAYY BETTER!

Go here and get ripped off. I will never come here again. I was over charged and when I brought it to employee Maria's attention she got defensive. I showed her the sign and she called the manager over who went from around the counter to check the sign. When they saw I was correct they didnt even apologize once. Then gave me some change to make up the difference. When I got into my car, I calculated and realized she did not return the correct amount. I went back in the store and tried to speak directly to the manager and Maria started to interrupt. I told her to not worry about it because she has already made my daughter late for school. The manager told me not to be rude to her employee.....what the he!! Maria is a thief and if Circle K doesn't do anything about it I will never go to any Circle K again. There is QT, Exxon and many more options to choose. Worse part about is was my son graduation and I missed almost half of it.

Was just sitting in the parking lot asked if someone need help she went inside told the night person I was trying to solicit her and night worker came outside was writing down my license plate I asked why he was doing it he said for my safety which is wrong cause he’s not even aloud out the store after a certain time this store is on 5411 Grissom rd San Antonio Texas 78238 employee Shinjii is very judge mental person and the s quick to clam up once I confronted him on why he acted the way he did
