Very weird that this location charges for filling up reusable water bottles. If it was a soda or something I'd understand, but charging for water? I'll take my business to Quick Trip from now on.

This Circle K is by far one of the worst I’v frequented. The promotions are never keyed into the system and management has no knowledge of the different promotions. Vanessa the manager blames everything on Corporate and never offers an apology. She displays a Condescending customer service behavior thinking she is superior to others. I don’t think she understands customer service, and act as if she dislike interacting with people. Instead of her trying to contact “Corporate ” to update the prices in the system. She’s more so concerned with charging customers for ice that they place in their personal cups. Last I checked Companies pay/charge for cups not the frozen water that comes out of the ice dispenser. Hey but this I guess makes her feel superior. Some people can’t handle a little title or should not be dealing with people period. I guess I’ll contact corporate as well to let them know, Vanessa stated they’re not doing their job and the store is charging for cups that are not leaving the store.

You cannot tell me that there can only be one employee at night (night shift). I feel for the cashier. He was mad enough to vent to customers how awful this company has to leave him by himself over night and he has little knowledge of what to do. With one employee at a store, theft can occur (1) and lines can be long to where customers can become impatient (2). A company who makes over billions if not more, they cannot have at least 2 employees working the night shift. 1 who is a CSR/Assistant Manager and the other an employee. On this cashier's behalf, I have promised him that I say something about this. And so I did.

Very poor customer service a female cahier didn't have a name tag askss her name but would not give her name she has blond hair not to tall and glasses with her nose pierced. had a bad attitude at 8am in the morning shift u can tell she didn't want to be there leave ur problems at home and do not take it out on the customers if it wasn't for customers she would not ahave a job please advise her to change her attitude.

I'm giving all circle K I go to 4 stars. Tbh a hotdog is not a hotdog unless it has cheese and/or chili. This is no longer an option. Furthermore, I no longer have the option to make frito pie , atteast not in store. (You need cheese and chili)
