This Franchise does not honor the 10 cent gas off fuel card. I want to kno what is the name of this franchise so I don't go into one. I bought hostess donuts and they were molded on the inside. I brought them back to the store and Moonchie the cashier said I can exchange but all the donut bags were molded on the inside.. so I grabbed some chips instead. I left the store feeling frustrated and disappointed.....but I kept my cool and decided to write about my experience instead. To whoever owns this franchise please be decent enough to go thru your shelves and take off old, expired moldy products. Greatly appreciated.

One of the employees had a rude attitude saying and assuming someone had put paper towels in the restroom toilet and lies too. I also notice they don't put toilet paper at all.the worst circle k I been too

Quite frankly, some of the rudest and most lazy workers I’ve ever laid eyes on in my life. They literally want to do nothing all day long.. You want food that’s prepared, warm and fresh?They won’t make it, if you want toilet paper from the restroom, they won’t bring it. Whoever is CEO of Circle K needs to come and give this place a shake down or just close it down and put an establishment that is efficient and not full of useless employees who have no work ethic.

I went in last week to buy snacks. Paid with a debit card, and was told it didn't go through twice, I moved money from Savings to Checking and I was told that time it went through. Dumb me it went through all Three times. I got no help clearing this up, so now I'm on my way to the police station.
So I didn't go to the police, but my bank returned my money after a time. I also received an email from Shell saying someone would contact me, that person told me because it's a franchise they could not do anything, gave me a phone number to call them directly but it was not working. I tell my friends and family not to go there.

I need corporates number asap. I was just threatened and kicked out over getting a polar pop. I'm not joking. Literally was told I was gonna have the cops called on me. You can run the circle k cameras back around 11:10 pm Sunday apr 28 and see I didn't even do any thing to warrant a reaction like that. I also have a video of the attitude and harassment I delt with by the worker Tracy!!!! I was humiliated and discriminated over nothing!!! I got a lot of problems I'm already dealing with in my personal life and never would I dare take my problem out on people because of that like Tracy apparently did to me. I treat people with respect and being a former shift manager at circle k for three years I can tell you that is not how you deal with customers. Please reach back out so I can provide the video and please look into this because the stress I had to endure was totally unnecessary

Tiny signs blended in amongst every other signage you have here doesn't make up for not having the Sip-N-Save program and mAking those that have it pay. Put a sign flap covering the soda selection, offer the program/give them away

It's a Circle K but they don't have the Sip and Save here. You have to pay for your coffee.

Since I started working there I tried to give the best customer service I can give that I didn't receive in the past as a customer I make sure all the bathroom are always cleaned and floors as well as drink stationed are always stocked And cleaned got many compliments since I started and I'm sure if any of our regular customer sees this review the would agree. Hope we can get some better ratings from here on out .

This store may not be part of the official circle k business. Maybe locally owned and franchised. They price their items differently then other circle k's. They do have most of the machines other circle k have. Just check the price as it's probably different.

Supposed to be a 24 hour open store? Sign on the door says "closed, will reopen at 5am." It's currently 8am and the doors are locked and no one is here. What a waste!
