Just came to this Circle K to pick up a Favor delivery order. I am pregnant and do not smoke cigarettes nor have I ever smoked cigarettes. There were cigarettes on the delivery order so I HANDED THE CASHIER MY PHONE AND SHOWED HER THE ORDER TO GRAB THE CORRECT CIGARETTES. The cashier looked at my phone once and then looked at it again before giving me a box and checking me out. The customer who ordered the cigarettes stated they were the wrong ones so I go back into the store and let the cashier know she gave me the wrong box. The cashier said “we don’t do cigarette exchanges” I said YOU GAVE ME THE WRONG ONE??? This is a delivery order what do you mean. She said best she could do was to tell the Favor customer to come back in the morning and ask the manager to exchange them because the manager was not there. She was extremely rude and unprofessional. She wrote her name on a piece of paper and told me to give it to the customer. I delivered the favor order unfortunately and had to explain to the customer what happened. Very rude, very unprofessional Angel. You also were sitting there on FaceTime which is why you probably grabbed the wrong box. Do better.

Assistant manager, rude,smart mouth and unfriendly I quess cause he work at an convenient store instead of being polite and not having a smart mouth, you should be more nicer to the customers that’s keeping your job FYI, African-American, bald guy you should find something you like doing instead of being rude to your customers

I've been to many Circle K's since they came back to town and I must say this is the cleanest, most prettiest one I've been to. Actually it's the best convenient store in this area in my opinion and there are several. The staff is very friendly and everything is well stocked and front faced every time I go there, which is usually twice a day..

Very rude and no customer service what so ever. The women at the register act like I owed her money don't ask for PowerBall tickets when she is eating lunc.

The wait to check out is always too long because there's only one cashier. Gas pumps work well.

Bright and LOOKS like a sufficient gas station. Don’t let that fool you. Never any paper towels or windshield solution. Trash not tended to. Broken pumps. The list goes on. Poorly managed.

I went in to go get some drinks and the manager told me to leave because I didn’t have a mask. I have breathing problems, and use a tshirt to cover my face. It’s equivalent to a mask. He was very rude and disrespectful never going here again I’ll also relay the message to all my friends and family.
