Stopped to use the restroom & grab a couple snacks; the restroom was pretty gross...pretty certain there was pee all over the floor, it was sort of yellow in color, still wet, & sticky. No soap & no paper towels. I know it's just a gas station, so I'm not looking for some lavish restroom, but that was pretty gross.
The cashier was very nice & friendly though!

If I could give this place a one-star review, I would. The employee was extremely rude and made me feel very uncomfortable. I’m 32 years old and presented my ID, yet he hesitated to sell me cigarettes and seemed to treat me differently because of the color of my skin. In today’s world, this kind of behavior is unacceptable. It’s disheartening that someone working in a convenience store would act this way. I am very disappointed and hope management addresses this issue. Shame on you.

I've had my fair share of bad employees at gas stations especially. There's rude people everywhere and there's a gentleman there that I've had problems with. But Steve has been the overall reason I go there. Very good customer service, helpful and will go out of his way to get you what you need. GG is also a great person to help and go beyond to make you smile.

Arrived at this gas station with this sign and doors locked so we decided to stay and see just how long they’d be back. Seventeen minutes later and she finally arrived with attitude I might add and her name tag flipped backwards.

I just went to this place. The lady was working gave me attitudes. She don’t know how to talk to the customers. 1st time I saw her today. Normally I go to this store in the day time. She act like she knows me before and had bad experiences with me. She ordered me go to the corner counter. She could asked it politely.I asked 2 advil PM because I thought they have small pouches. She gave me big box and I knew one is enough for me. So I asked her give me one. She act like mad & told me ‘ you asked two. Tell me you need one or two’. She might don’t like some people. Because when I tell friend of mine this incident he told me it happened to him also and he did review also.

The employee “dawn” is very rude. Why work in a gas station if you’re going to be rude to people. Avoid this location.

The evening manager is EXTREMELY rude!! Horrible customer service!! Before I even walked into the store, the manager is standing outside the door staring daggers at me- clearly annoyed that she had to come inside to do her job. Every interaction with this employee has been the very opposite of pleasant. If this is who you choose to employ to represent your brand, I will never spend my money at a Circle K ever again!

Worst circle k I’ve seen in Texas. It closes at like 8-9pm who does that. Staff is usually unfriendly besides maybe 1. But those awful coke freestyle fountains got to go they’re less reliable than a amc pacer. The new locations that came to Lubbock Tx make this place seem like the chum bucket is well ran and dare I say it even makes the citgos in Atlanta Georgia look good. Best part is that I live down the road which makes me want to just skip it and go to the one off of nw military.

Love this location! It's convenient on my way to work and it's ALWAYS smelling clean and fresh when Mrs. Dawn is there! The Staff are welcoming and that's one of the reasons I will be coming back! ?
