Just got off work from the raising canes across the street at 2am and wanted a quick drink before going home and they have the door locked with a paper note saying they’re closed even though Circle K is 24/7

I've been going to this location for years! Clara is always super helpful and hard working! She is either keeping up with cleaning or helping customers! Definitely go to this gas station when shes around!

STOLE MY MONEY!! DO NOT TRUST THE EMPLOYEES!! ALWAYS GET A RECEIPT!! My husband and I stopped to get gas and some waters before heading to the strawberry festival on Saturday 4/23 sonewhere between 230-330pm. When buying the waters I did the cash back option for $20 . Before she did it she asked if I was going to want a receipt and stupidly I said no . THEN she did my cash . She gave me $20 in fives but she still had the register open when I walked away . My bank is saying she pulled $40! So this woman made $20 from me . I paid for my gas at the pump so I know that wasn't it . we are struggling just as much as everyone else right now . This is messed up

I use to stop by this convenience store, located at: 11003 Culebra Rd. and always I have found the sodas, juices, ice, bottled water etc. the restrooms are very clean, no odors. there is always hand sanitizer, and the cashiers always very kindly!

I would this horrible store 0 if it was an opition\ BEWARE: WILL TRY TO RUN CARD 3 X and not refund the money.\ After you show claims number proof from bank the Manager-ASHLEY will roll her eyes and be as unprofessional and unhelpful as possible. AVOID STORE unless you have an extra 100$ to lose and time to waste.

Been to other circle ks and they offer google pay, but this one doese not it was kinda of an inconveince when i showed up expected to tap my phone on the card reader to not work, i do not carry cash on me and this is a new card for me my plastic one hadnt come in the mail, i wouldnt go there if you forgot your debit card or need to use your fone really quick

Store dirty, they're using urinal pads as air freshener. Not how it was when I worked there. Handful of employees actually trying and look stressed out, management just terrible at running the store.

Several employees in the morning. There should NEVER be a line at the cash register with THAT many uniformed employees in the store. Manager makes and changes policies constantly. Manager usually only smiles and says hello if they are of her race. Marlboro coupons. For me she won't take them. The reason changes day to day. I've purposely tried to use Marlboro coupons and each time the manager says no coupons for Marlboro anymore. REALLY? Some employees smile and greet and others dont. Manager runs this store as if she was an owner. But not in a good positive way. When I've asked to speak to the manager in the morning. I'm told she's busy and/or not available. 4/5 employees in the store and only 1 register open and up and running. Lady that does coffee is OUTSTANDING. ALWAYS says good morning. Attractive evening girl w beautiful make-up ALWAYS speaks and is friendly. The others not so much. I could go much longer w all the negative on morning crew. There are 2 morning girls that only speak and smile to ONLY members of THIER race and NOT ALL PEOPLE. I've experienced this many times in person. Speaking Spanish to each other while waiting on customers, unprofessional. That's not racial statement ITS THE TRUTH. That sort of stuff. AND DONT TRY AND SAY that I'm making it a race issue. SAD to see Valero go but the atmosphere in these stores was so much better. There are other Circle K's and I will go there. HOWEVER I'd like upper management to correct the issues at this store. I've spoken to a District Manager in that store 1 morning. Manager stated she was notified and aware of multiple issues in that BUT the atmosphere STAYS THE SAME. If were being nearly FORCED to shop at Cirkle K stores THE LEAST CORPORATE COULD DO IS FIX THE ISSUES. This is only 1 of many complaints about these same things. Its like HEB cornering the grocery store market. Only 2 choices of grocery. HEB or WALMART period. Other majors cities of 1 million or more residents have SEVERAL CHOICES of where to shop. SHAME ON YOU CIRCLE K. Will never return to this store. SAN ANTONIO stand up. Speak out. Continue to prove to San Antonions that Circle K is OBVIOUSLY concentrating on other things and not at ALL fixing these types of issues. Were friendly and loyal citizens of great city. Were laid back and friendly. Hold Circle K to the high standard that we expect of other stores. I DONT RECALL BEING ASKED IF ID LIKE TO SHOP AT A CIRCLE K. IF CIRCLE K DOESNT CARE HOW THEIR CUSTOMERS ARE BEING TREATED THAT SHOWS YOU WHAT CIRCLE K THINKS of San Antonions. And in closing SPEAK TO YOUR FRIENDS AND CUSTOMERS IN SPAINSH ON YOUR TIME AND NOT WHILE IM TRYING TO PAY. SPEAK IT ON BREAK OR OFF THE FLOOR.
