11/4/24...I ordered a store pickup off of the Too Good To Go app for my parents and they had a terrible experience at this location. The first time they went, the male cashier stated he knew nothing about it and could not help them. They informed him that they would return in an hour after he spoke to the manager. They returned at 8:15pm and were told by a female cashier this time that the manager said they knew nothing about a bag and did not receive any bags. My parents explained to them that they had to make the bags. The cashier was rude to my parents and would not call the manager back or give them the managers name. I've reported this to the Circle K headquarters and the Too Good to Go app asking that this location be removed from the app. I'm very dissatisfied in the service my parents received!

Poor service ,sloppy workers and bad work environment. Don’t go to this circle k .i rather go all the way across town then go to that gas station.

Id just like to commend Ms. Courtney not only for the 10/10 customer service, So I usually never upsell and she fully explained to me on how if I did I’d be saving a couple dollars and it took little to no time and I highly appreciated that.

I’ve been to the store probably a dozen times in the last month. I’ve asked multiple employees at different times throughout the day if they gonna make food. They always have some excuse as to why they can’t, I do not have food made.I came in this morning. The gentleman told me that they don’t want to make anything and then it would take 45 minutes to make one sandwich. Very disappointed it’s very close to my house which makes it convenient.I don’t understand as to why they have a kitchen if they’re not gonna ever cook.Most of the employees I’ve encountered have been fairly nice and courteous.They seem to always blame as to why they never have food on the managerThis needs to be addressed. If you don’t want to cook food, then take the kitchen away and do not advertise food. Very disappointing.

The station I generally use for gas. Only one inherent problem; unable to obtain gas receipt at pumps. Must see cashiers. Appears receipts at pumps either out of order or need refilling. Need to pay better attention to filling receipt delivery at pumps. Happens all the time and I fill up weekly.

Manager Crystal was lazy & rude and didn’t want to take change. When I entered the store she was arguing with someone else who worked there loudly. People like this should not be managers much less work at a Circle K/Shell location.
