Best tire air pump ever. It worked (not out of order), was easy to use, was only $2, and had a built in air measure at the pump so you can see the air pressure without removing and inserting a gauge. Most air pumps I have used in the past barely work and dont have a pressure checker.

Standard Circle K and Shell gas. Today, gas was $2.74/ gallon. It is easy on/off the highway. Lots of pumps. They had ATM. Also had air for your tires.

Don’t stop here if you have to use the restroom while you buy snacks or put gas. They don’t seem to think that an available restroom for paying customers is important.

The neighborhood Valero has been converted into a Circle K. It's a bit confusing where you're shopping. The signs still say, "Valero," but the clerks' t-shirts say, "We Are Circle K" It seems that the cleanliness of the store has declined since they've decided to switch over. The pump area is generally a mess, and they're not doing anything to clean up the fuel, oil, and other messes that are spilled on the cement. The floors inside are sticky, and the clerks are never at their register. I feel like they've jacked prices up since they took over. Another gripe I have is that they charge tax on pre-discounted amounts at the register when you apply a coupon. Texas Finance Code- state law for these matters says that merchants are to tax the discounted amount after the coupon, not before. I believe that Circle K is taking an additional 8 cents per dollar off coupon in this cash grab that's contrary to the law here in Texas. If you apply a coupon to get a product for free, you don't owe any sales tax in Texas, since you didn't pay for it. That's what the law is anyhow. Circle K doesn't seem to abide by the rules in Texas. I've never won the lottery here either, so that's a bummer too.
