The guy who runs the store is rude when I asked him if they were open at 8pm at night let me know he is closed until he can take the trash out.

There is this new employee(s) who always has a incent burning not only does it smell gross when you open the door,but the smoke of that incent I feel like it seeps into the product being sold contaminating the product being sold..aswell as with the amount of incent being burned it can act like a calling card for drug dealers to do transaction there similar to shoes or wire affect and if it gets that reputation I feel ppl won't go in do to not feeling safe and it feeling unclean.and it's very unhygienic and unappealing for a once nice clean smelling business that sells products we consume ..I recommend they get rid of always burning a incent inside the store it's not a drug stop it's a convenient store especially one so close to a apartment complex.

They really need to change there open and close times there never open at the time they say there open and they close a hour and a half early frim when they say they are suppsoed to close unlesss its needs to be updsted online but this is ridiculou they need to get there act together and especially clean your soda nozzle on the coke machine there soft drinks are absolutely horrible

This store used to be good when it was diamond shamrock..but ever since the change to circle k it now sucks it seems that every time I go there when its supposed to be open @ 6a its closed today wasn't any different except today the clerk was just arriving as I waited in front and here he is walking in @ 6:30a!! and it seems that the prices change regularly on some items..example is the drinking water one day I bought some and the price was $4.99 and today I buy the same item and its $5.99 wtf!! and its the same clerk who's always late and I mentioned it to him about it while he was in a hurry to count his cash drawer and trying to wake up!!...what's all the hype about "circle k" anyway?.maybe the other circle k stores run more efficiently but this location is the closest to my home and it SUCKS!!!..please put diamond shamrock back here they always were open @6a and ready to serve its customers with on time service..also the "yum" slogan needs to be changed to "yuc" instead cause there's nothing "yum" about this store.

Worst customer service experience I ever had at a Valero. Never going to this Valero again. Part of the job is you are supposed to be nice to customers not be rude and make nasty remarks. To the lady at this Valero who took care of me. You're in the wrong field.
