They have a new employee and my problem with this location is I have my own coffee mug and I pay a $1.40 each time. This new guy charges me $2.19 when I'm using my own mug for coffee. I know he is a new employee but they need to do better with training. The other issue is this is the third time I've come over to this location to get gas and all the pumps are not working. Why is that?

Very rude environment. Store clerk didn't acknowledge me, failed to greet me nor ask how my days going or if everything I brought to the counter was all I needed. But yet the clerk was more concerned of going home to go to sleep. This was on 12-04-2024 around 5:20pm

I walked in to grab a few items and I would have thought I was walking into a bar. With this loud crazy music playing. After just remodeling the store you would think they would have higher standards of their employees with consideration to the customers

When they decided to make the young guy with the long hair a manager this place went down hill so fast. They're always blasting music with cuss words to where you can't even hear conversations. The guy with the long hair is EXTREMELY RUDE, he always has friends hanging out in the store, obviously hanging out with them is more important than acknowledging guests or giving proper guest service. I will no longer be coming to this location 💯💯💯.

I usually go about lunch time which is 12 or 1 , typically they have hot food and cold food , I normally get a burger with a xl fountain drink but today was far from that I walked in and there was no hot food just cold so i didn’t complain I grabbed a sandwich a bag of chips and fountain drink no xl cups either , got back to my workplace to enjoy my meal and my sandwich was well past its preservative the turkey was dried out and the cheese looked like it melted at some point so just chips today , I don’t normally complain but I was just upset about everything in general, I really did want a burger maybe another time

This location is hit and miss. Usually it's understaffed and I get why the only cashier can do only that. More often than not there is someone loitering as you enter the store. Morning coffee and fountain drinks are always good.

Rude African American lady. When I was buying water she started talking to someone else next to her about how people who buy water are brain washed. Idk if she was trying to make me not buy water or if she hates working there so bad that she’s trying to sabotage the sells.

Please ask the man to leave who wears the yellow cps vest and opens the door for every person who enters and exits. It doesn’t encourage me to shop at your store when he asks me for spare change. I can open the door myself. The homeless population around this store has gotten much worse. I’ve witnessed multiple altercations and don’t feel safe shopping here any longer.

Clean store. Several new employees; high turnover. But employees who have worked this store longer are very professionak/cordial."Too much stuff" - hard to find what u r lookg for. No longer a gathering place for hkmeless (they were polite, too).
