I work overnight and often stop in while on my shift. The clerk that is normally there is Manuel. He’s always busy doing something. He was publicly humiliated by his manager calling him “lazy” which is very unprofessional. He didn’t deserve this and I hope that this incident is looked into further.

The store itself is not very clean. The bathrooms are horrid soap dispensers do not work feces in areas of the bathroom. There should never be not to mention urine on the floor. Both bathrooms are very dirty and how do the employees wash their hands when their soap dispensers are not working. Very unpleased if you have to stop here to shop be aware that this is a very unclean store all in general if you have to stop to use the bathroom go somewhere else.

Went by there this morning to get gas. The sign said $3.089 a gallon, actual price at the pump was $3.399 a gallon. Been going here for 19 years, never again.

Stopped by to get gas.. and tell me why there is a employee sitting on the bottled water packs they have outside. Even though they are wrapped in their own plastic wrap.. that's disgusting.

If you need diesel a don’t bother coming here. It’s cheap but took us 30 minutes to fill up with diesel. Slowest pumps ever. Other people there getting diesel complained about the same. Ridiculous!

I stepped into the bathroom facilities here at the Circle K convenience store located at 10347 Nacogdoches Rd., San Antonio, TX. 78217-2811 and this is what I observed......the NASTIEST PUBLIC BATHROOM I have ever been inside of. Toilet paper on the floor, graffiti painted on all the surfaces, a horrible smell and, of course, the seat raised up to show the feces that hadn't been cleaned from the inside rim of the bowl in a significant period of time. On top of that, I spoke with the 2 clerks whom were not attending to customers and both looked at me as if I had personally insulted them. I would like to point out that this Circle K is not located in a inner city high crime or gang/drug infested community but, rather, in the North Side of our city right next to a nice neighborhood. There is not doubt in my mind that this bathroom hasn't been cleaned in a very long time and, accordingly, the management of this Store needs to be called to task for letting the standards fall so low!!!!

I spent $10 on gas and the next day it says i was charged $30. I'm a college student and I dont have money to waste. Don't go here, you are at risk of being charged more or getting your card information stolen.
