Female employee is very rude, lied about the money order machine and continued to lied even more. She needs to be properly trained or gotten rid of. Thus store will continue to loss business cause of her.

The Mexican dude at the cash register to charge me for three drinks and I only had two drinks. For that price I could have just grabbed another drink. But I didn't argue with him because people like him need to really lose his job for ripping customers off and he didn't even give me the receipt because he knows I'll have proof. But I always get 2 20 oz drinks No matter where I go. So it should have been $4.33 not $5.17. I'm reporting him right now. He's gonna lose his job for stealing money from a customer. I'll definitely be back and he better not be there working. He's a thief and probably steals From the register. Cuz a thief is always a thief. If he steals from customers then he's more likely steals from his employer.

Poor customer service . Several customers waiting in line one cashier and they are on their phone on FaceTime having personal conversations. Very unprofessional , no personal interaction with the customers just laughing and cursing on their personal phone.

Very excellent staff in the morning every time I walk in I fell very welcomed I’m always greeted when I walk in the door. The clerk Victoria show’s excellent work ethic and customer service.

The employees that were there weren't in the store! When they finally went inside they were socializing with I guess, their friends. Drinking slushies on the clock. The person with blonde braids and purple hoodie was also very rude!! Do not stop at this location!

These people harassed my husband. He was deciding what he wanted to eat & the staff asked him”are you going to buy something?” The 2nd time she asked him again “sir, are you going to buy anything?” He responded both times that he was just trying to decide what he wanted to eat. Terrible people.. next time ask if they need help as opposed to questioning them as tho we’re here to steal. Just FYI we were in our patrol uniform.

What good does this do to have hand sanitizer where not very many can reach it. I'm 5ft7in and can barely reach this on my tip toes. Really when should be where anyone can reach. Doubt this is ADA complaint. This is at each of their pumps. At this location.

This particular location doesn't follow the Texas Food \\u0026 Safety regulatory guidelines and Heath code laws pertaining to the proper Cleansing and Sanitation of any and all cooking and beverage dispenser items being used to serve food and automated beverage dispensed for consumption of the public. I personally went and witnessed first hand these acts blatantly so disregarded as a fill in cashier. On loan from my primary store of employment. Because they were short-handed and under staffed for this stores allotted amount of hours provided by CIRCLEK corporate office. Based solely on sales volume by population density from prior weekly sales/profit/demographic-population-density which sets employable hrs necessary to cover the stores projected sales. Which is where my my evidentiary support for these disturbing accusations of substandard adherence to the health and wellness of the general public is factually and publicly being announced for all to see and take upon themselves such consideration in choosing for themselves. What standards of cleanliness and proper food safety theyre willing to subject themselves their friends and their family to. When shopping for in-store processed food and beverages sold within. \ \ Accusations:\ Three-compartment sink not utilized to wash rinse and sanitize cookware, food preperation cookware and storage topperware not limited to dishes, utensils, and cookware, beverage mixing apparatuses,Tong's, hot dog roller grill, microwave oven and cokecola beverages mixing nostle. Catch tray in every dispensary in dislocation are never cleaned. Cappuccino machine has apparatus is inside to mix customers choice of powder drink into hot water. I personally filled up the wash sink, and as per common sense and health code food safety regulatory standards. I proceeded to fill the sink with lukewarm water as well as sanitizer solution. For which every single human consumption item needs to be left to soak in this solution for a minimum of 90 sec. I was asked by cashier wendy why was i making a sink labeled sanitize up with the proper tempared water and solution. My obvious response to her obvious ignorance and negligence of CircleK's corporate,local ,state and Federal by-laws. Was purely an informative gesture on the proper way to handle items of a nature that will be dispensing beverages or food products to would be trusting patrans and general public. As a respectful person should I merely advised her to do the right thing and at least use to already made up sink full of Sanitized water which wouldn't take much more than her throwing them in there and leaving them to soak. To watch her ghastly irresponsible and senseless nature drain the sink without blinking an eye or using it as is required for all items with considered consumption of public use. \ \ Accusation: \ Closing a public accessible bathroom facility during peak business hours.\ \ Fault: bathroom was in perfect working order.\ \ Cashier Wendy again with selfish and lazy maniacal intentions. Proceeded to inform me Russians were now closed because she didn't want to have to clean up any mess in the bathroom again this evening. Time was 6:45pm on a Monday evening.
