Trying to get a hold of the manager for something important and the number on Google just rings they refuse to answer the phone

Most of the staff can get me to laugh. The rude ones usually get taken care of by the customer in front of me and then I get a laugh about that. A few times I have had to correct them about not living with them and their attitude. They are pretty easily shut down.
