Customers be aware of Vanessa the cashier here. I paid $10 for gas and she never started the pump, so it canceled out. So I assumed the transaction was voided. So I swiped my card again because I needed gas. After waiting a week to see if the funds will be loaded back to my card I headed back to the store. Because cash app told me that $10 was used at 12:17am. That's not possible if I was home asleep. Vanessa with a nasty attitude claims she didn't remember anything. I spoke with corporate and they are investigating. I hope $10 was worth it. Maybe she used it for food because she's so fat. Either way check your card statements and don't trust Vanessa big back at this location.

hours begin at 5am LOLOLOL...NOT!Went there at 515 and 540, doors locked, people outside wanting to buy gas, etc. You're fired!! NEXT!

I will be brief in what I have to say about this gas station. There is ZERO and I mean ZERO customer service in this place. I own a gas station too and it surprises me every time I walk in this place. There is a line with about 15 people and the lady that is always on the floor does not even think once to use the second register to settle the line. This is on a Friday when its crazy busy and the lady is just reclining from the pizza machine on her phone! While the other young lady with the piercings is busting her life trying to kill the line. I am not sure if the lady working the floor is a supervisor at all but let me tell you this you wont be getting too far in life with the type of effort you put in while doing "your job".

DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS NOR TALK TO OR ACKNOWLEDGE THE TWO TALL 6FT TALL HEAVYSET HISPANIC WOMEN WHO WORK THERE DURING NIGHTSHIFT. I showed up at 11:05pm (about an hour ago) to get a quick snack & to get away from my couped up home, only to be told they were closed as they blocked me from entering & said they're being audited. Then when i calmly asked when they're officially or lawfully closed, they both turned to look at eachother & gave me the silent treatment. I finally broke up the silence by saying forget it, I'm just gonna take pictures of the store hours posted on the door. i took a few pictures as there were no signs posted with their hours (although i looked up their hours on googlemaps which clearly said they're open until midnight) & then i quickly started walking away from the front front, as i heard them talking trash about me & mocking me & my voice even though they were 20ft away dumping trash in the dumpster, i finally got upset & loudly said i don't what ur both thinking, i can clearly hear u taking trash about me! The heavier of the two tweenty-something year old women, said oh whatever god bless u ma'am & have a great night in a loud & sacastic tone & i just had it & told her don't tell me that when u clearly don't mean that, ur a monster & a swine, & a bully! These two women are not here to support their business, they're clearly there to try to raise an attitude with u when all i was simply trying to understand is their opening hours so i can come another night, as i have specific spots i habitually try to go to to support businesses, but i clearly won't support a business that employs bullies. I'm gonna speak to the manager about this issue, along with their corp office, as this is not a way to treat a customer. I'm glad for sticking up for myself, as i normally don't confront the perpetrators, i normally just go directly to a manager or corporate office when a store declines service on a habitual basis during opening hours.
