Drink machines down for a long time, inconsistent service

Its been 2weeks that the fountain soda machines have been broken. Big inconvenience.

Never have my drinks in stock. Very dirty. Bathrooms always closed to public. Homeless people crowding outside the store. Staff is aware of issue but do not care.
