I visited Circle-K with my boyfriend, who was frustrated with his Visa card not working. While he vented to the cashier, she ignored me and appeared disinterested in providing service, focusing solely on my boyfriend. Despite my attempts to make a purchase, the cashier continued to prioritize my boyfriend, even after being informed by other staff members that we were together. This behavior made me feel ignored and uncomfortable as a customer.

It has been MONTHS since this location has carried basic Camel filter cigarettes. I have asked several different employees and get lame excuses every time. This last one took the cake. "They're discontinued "
That's like saying Vanilla ice cream is discontinued. Or Marlboro not selling basic red packs. Then it was " Circle K doesn't sell them." ?♀️. I called her on that, too. Ridiculous excuses. Then "it depends on the manager". Finally the truth. Someone who doesn't know BASIC products to keep in stock has no business being a store manager. The gal lying and treating customers like morons was just absurd.

The manager, April is a liar. She has no moral compass about her and should not be working there as a manager, let alone an employee. I was involved in an accident there where it was not my fault. She has footage of it and told me that she has footage of it but I can't see it unless a police officer comes with me. So, I brought an officer with me and she changed the story and said that she has it but don't know how to use the equipment to view it or to make me a copy of it. She told me before I arrived that police officers bring DVD players with them when they come to retrieve the footage. The police officer that was with me told me that they don't do that. It doesn't matter if the officer brought a DVD player or not, she blantantly lied to me. If she didn't want to help me, all she had to do is tell me that I can't view it at all, with an officer or not. Instead she started changing her words and said something completely different to the officer. I am going to have victory in this situation regardless. All I have to say is, people like that will not prosper or succeed in life. And karma is something else.....it will get you when you least expect it.

Hot Texas day need a cool drink? Don't come here all the fountain drinks are supposedly out of order including the perfectly fine and working frosted machines. Mysteriously the only cashier open is the self checkout machine with signs saying you can't buy hot food and self serve drinks with the self checkout kiosk.

So I witness a manager April telling off either a customer or employee sadly, they don't clean there coffee machines inside they are moldy . They don't sanitize. Beer is always outta ice.
