Gas is usually more expensive here than the staions further over on 410 towards Medina Base rd. Pumps are a mess here. Very few give a receipt, some of the touch screens don't work, some don't recognize my shell fuel rewards card, bathrooms are disgusting, always homeless people laying around bugging people for money. The staff are very friendly good people. It would be a zero rating without them. Living over here 1 year now I only come to Circle K as a last minute option. The Fisher shell stations are far better!

I rather shop outside in the scorching hot sun. It's hot in the store. And customer service, wasn't excellent at all. Cashier ignored me throughout the entire transaction. Her gossip was more important than her customer. I just couldn't give her a smile or thank you that's how ignorant this cashier was. She doesn't deserve any position within circle k.

I'm not sure how hard it is to put down the phone greet the customer and ring me up. You're telling the person on the phone to hold on because you're with a customer without putting down your phone. You're not saving lives but at least have some professional courtesy.

There is no soap in the men's restroom, dirty walls, they have a piece of paper for a men's restroom sign- broken down machines on the inside. Employee said they don't have soap because of homeless people

I have to give it one star cuz every time I get off of work between 3 and 5 30, there's always a sign on the door saying, they're closed for paperwork or something.

Alex represents the worst customer service quality you can ever have. Although the price tag at beef Jerkey shows something, he insisted on only selling it on how the systems tells, and he was raising his voice and gave me the bag in a rude way. I will never go back to this store. Very rude employees.
