This Costco pharmacy really needs to improve their customer service. Some employees have a really bad attitude and treat you like you are bothering them. It’s happened too many times and I’m planning to transfer my prescriptions.

There's a pharmacy tech lady aud that always is in a grumpy mood and ruins customer experience for everyone needing medication from the Costco pharmacy here. I've seen her roll her eyes to quite a few people and if the customer asks something of her she always has a fit about it even if she's not saying anything. Please do better Costco. Everyone else I've dealt with at this pharmacy has been great.

I frequent this Costco at least 2x a month depending on the current sales. Plus you can't beat the prices on certain grocery items, produce, eggs & lamb chops. I usually find something unexpected but pleasantly surprised. Plus they have an awesome return policy. Today I came specifically for the Peet's Organic French Roast Coffee because I usually buy it at the NorCal's Costco & bring them back on the plane. Yesterday I found out they were carrying it when I was doing a Same-Day Delivery search!! That's how I can usually find what's in stock, so I don't have to make a wasted trip. I call to verify as well. I was so excited to find them here & snagged some bags as it's $16.99/2-lb. bag. I make French Press coffee with this coffee when I have time in the AM. Usually I'm brewing a Peet's Major Dickason's K-cup on most mornings as I don't have time & have to get out the door. I buy their bulk Peet's K-cups either in-store or online. I checked out other items like the step-on trash bag & bought some Vital Proteins Chocolate Collagen powder, a new flavor they're offering. Speaking of chocolate, I heard they started offering warm, chocolate chip cookies at the food court as they removed the churros which I never bought. I read reviews & just HAD TO TRY!! Boy was I not disappointed!! They're about 4.5"-5" in diameter.I t was crisp on the outside & warm with gooey chocolate chips oozing on the inside!! No weird aftertaste or anything! YUM!!! My new find & indulgence. I just finished at the gym so no shame! I'll graze on it for today. It's all about portion control. ;-)

I've never been to Costco and this was my first time and I wasn't very impressed with this location. I happened to see three different fights in the parking lot over parking spaces and knew this was going to be an interesting visit. There was clearly not enough spaces at 11am on a Saturday so ensure you frequent earlier than this. They have some stuff that differs from Sam's but the lack of parking really deters me from going back. Their liquor store is located on the left side of the entrance so you can purchase liquor too! At the cafe they have cheap smoothies, pizza, & hot dogs and came out fairly quick albeit being crazy busy. I only interacted with some staff that were handing out samples & they were pleasant.

This is a very organized location. There's a great selection of items at great prices! Lines always go by quickly. I'm always able to find everything I need efficiently and the employees are always friendly and good in guiding when I need help! Love this place! The food court is pretty much my second home.

I love Costco! It's always busy when I go but I get in & out of there pretty quickly. My main purchase every 2 weeks is Pelligrino cases (glass bottles) & Celsius drinks for my husband. I always end up with a lot more in my cart though. The store is clean, well organized & friendly staff. I purchase bulk for my routine items. It does same me some money. Very convenient locations.

I always come here for my bottled water and their fabulous chicken. You will not find it cheaper anywhere else. Lots of parking, but they get plenty of visitors, be patient. The staff is usually ready to help answer any questions.

I brought my Tesla model y to the tire Center to get the tires rotated and they said they could do the rotation and they charged me for it but after 2 hours they called me once I dropped the car off they said they couldn't do it so I went to pick it up the employee who was working the tire Center was so disrespectful his name was Cristian when I told the problem he started laughing at me

Costco is always busy and it's for a reason. Great deals and the food court has such good prices for good food. Not the hugest selection but the pizza is always good. To me costco sells quality items and the service is stellar. Whenever I do big grocery shopping or see random items I always feel like I get a deal.

Their optical section is the best! I mean that with my most sincerest endorsement. I've been wearing corrective lenses for more than 40 yrs and that's a lot of pairs of glasses! The price is 4 times less than private optical places and half what I paid at VisionWorks and with the same features, 1) ultra-thin 'coz my lenses without this feature are thicker than 5 coins stacked together, 2) scratch-resistant, 3) progressive (no one will know you have the eye problem of Baby Boomers together with near-sightedness and astigmatism) , and, 4) transitions (feature you'll need if you like sun protection without having to search for another pair of shades when outdoors). Look for Michael for he gives great advice, what suits better for my face, etc, a pleasant personality, and gets you right away. Overall, they'll get your eyewear in less than a week, and they have great customer service. I'm happy to see better again and will keep going to Costco for my corrective lenses for as long as you offer this service. Thank you!!!!!

As you can see , I am not a fan of San Antonio . Worst drivers , worst freeways . Trust me, I am not here by choice , and I will be happy when the time comes for me to leave . But fair is fair , this is the BEST COSTCO I have ever visited in my life . So clean , so organized , room to maneuver. I have been to dozens of Costcos and this one is by far the best one I have ever been to.
