Costco has great deals, but the system for checking out is flawed. The self check out line is probably 75ft long and 1 person directing traffic like a cop. The issue is that the long lime blocks traffic flow throw the aisles near check out. It is annoying for people in line and shoppers. There should be a marked line for self checkout to avoid unnecessary customer confusion and frustration.

New to that location, the app is already not very easy to navigate as it it but the layout of the store is confusing, and the store doesn’t have a lot of stuff, I would probably go to another store. Customer service is good.

A car was blocking the tire inflation only parking spot without anyone inside of it. Many people were having to wait to use the other parking spot to inflate their tires. I went inside to tell an employee. He went to tell his manager. I went outside and waited until I could inflate my tires in the other parking spot. After I finished inflating my tires, I went inside to tell the manager that the car was still in the parking spot. The manager said they would let the car owner know they need to move the car if they find them. The manager did not try to find the car owner by making an announcement or by towing the car. If you want to use the tire inflation only parking spot to shop at Costco, you probably do not need to worry about your car getting towed away.

Honestly the store itself isn’t the issue, it’s the people. I’m not talking about the employees (unless we’re talking about the condescending dude with glasses), it’s the shoppers. If you don’t know how to stay off the right of a lane or have some decency to not stare me down as I try to go around you, the world has failed you. Stay home. I hate seeing you out there. The entitlement on full display because you’re an “elite member” as hilarious as it is distasteful.

I’ve been a customer for 10 years since, we shop there a lot for our home and business,i don’t think I will go back to Costco from now on, since they discriminated against us, I’ve been going through depression and emotional issues, i brought my emotional support dog with me with my doctor note and Costco won’t let us in, when we saw others people with their dogs and cat in the shopping cart walking around Costco and most of them are white. And the guy in the front entrance literally yelling at us that we can’t not bring our dog in, we were told that our dog is not a service dog? I’m very disappointed and hurt by the way they treated us.

I'm always disappointed by the fresh produce. There's a lot of moldy stuff and employees seem not caring. The west side Costco is a lot better.
