Came in first thing in the morning, but my tires and instead of waiting an hour and a half I took my kids to go eat Breakfast. came back two hours later and the car had had not even been touched yet. I wish you would communicate better. The guy at the register says we do best effort and don’t prioritize walk-ins, which is ridiculous.

Costco tire service needs booked appointment for repairing flat tire. My car tire is flat on the road near by Costco. The guy who picked up my call said appointment is mandatory to fix it. Thanks for the service.
I will close my Costco membership.

As a Costco member and regular customer of the Tire Center since 2011, I'm disappointed in what used to be a great aspect of Costco. Everything has gone downhill particularly in the last year or so. Expect difficulty reaching anyone on the phone to make an appointment. Same if you go in person, you'll be waiting around for a long time. You can't just show up like you can at other tire shops, appointments at Costco are necessary. Once you do come back, expect more waiting just to drop off your car. Often times the wait will be so long it's not worth hanging around, so you'll have to leave and come back later. On your third visit to pickup your car, you'll play the waiting game again. All this to not really save much money if at all than what you would've paid at a regular tire shop. The worse aspect thing about getting your tires at Costco is in the event you encounter a problem. That's any problem, like a warranty issue with your tire, or workmanship, or needing patch repair. Because unless you've come back every time you need a tire rotation and have them do it, the warranty will not be honored. It's very shady scam. The idea in a nutshell is to sell the appearance of standing behind your product, but make conditions for that assurance, conditions which you'll likely not meet because they've made it extremely inconvenient for you to do so. They know this, it's intentional. So when you do encounter a problem they can deny coverage and pressure you to buy a new tire since you're stuck there now anyway and have little time for other options. It's not worth it and they don't deserve your business. You're far better off going somewhere else.

These guys are slow AF. Had an appt and still took 2+ hours to install brand new tires. I love me some Costco but definitely wishing I went with discount tires. What makes it worse is that they don’t have a waiting room for you to sit and wait. Instead, you are forced to sit inside Costco food area. After 2 hours, I’m literally waiting outside the parking lot anxiously waiting for my vehicle with groceries. Costco wake up and do better.

Please learn from my mistake. Do not purchase tires from Costco. They do not honor even the manufacturer warranty. I got a nail in my sidewall. They wouldn’t warranty it. Although Will failed to explain to me how a road hazard is not covered under their road hazard warranty. At one point Will was talking about tread life. How does that relate to the sidewall? My question was avoided rather than answered. Then Will had to “show me” and hold my car while he went to the concessions stand to get the $1.50 hot dog. Thanks for wasting my time Will. You illustrated how mature you are and how this Costco location regards its customers.I feel Costco used to be the good guys of large warehouse stores. It seems more and more like they are just turning corporate. While Sam’s club is offering more customer service and convenience, like scan and go. Sam’s Club also answers their phones. I spent 20 minutes yesterday trying to get the tire center to actually get on the phone. When they did I told them I would have to drive over three hours on a donut, they assured me my tire was in stock and a nail in the side wall was covered. They also said if I didn’t come it would be a week to week and a half ‘til I could get in again.Needless to say I’m having the worst buyers remorse, perhaps I should have gone to Sam’s Club or Discount Tire for my very expensive brand new set of 4 tires. Lesson learned.

Replaced two back tires on my Lexus and I have locking lug nuts and hard to find tires.Although the tire center was very busy, they were great communicators, quick to bring my car in and even called me mid tire change to make sure I didn’t want another option they just had shipped in. Very good service and good prices!I waited about 2 hours for the tire change but I came in without an appointment and 5-6 cars in front of me so that was to be expected.

My experience today was awful at the tire shop. Marcus Martinez, tried to remove our warranty off from our tires, claiming we bought the vehicle which is incorrect we've had this vehicle and have never sold it to anyone else and where not trying to transfer the warranty either. since he was unsuccessful he still managed to charge us for a new tire which our tire still had 60% of its life and had always brought it in for tire rotation etc. we where discounted 50% off from what we purchased it for, but charged the new tire rate plus installation . All I could say it doesn't all sound pretty when they tell you everything is under warranty because it won't be. They will make up any excuse to charge you. I will never ever recommend anyone to come purchase tires here.

This place has some of the worst produce. They throw away 100s of pounds of strawberries a year. As well they falsified a lot of stuff against me to get me ousted from Costco. That being said, they tarnished my CITI credit card with a high limit on the spot thus hurting my credit greatly.I would never get a Costco membership

Absolutely stellar experience, was nervous taking my Gt500 well….anywhere but everyone was professional, did everything to spec and handled my vehicle accordingly. The tire shop guys rock. Listening to all the Karen’s that come in, I couldn’t stand that.

I utilized Their Eye Services . Had my glasses adjusted and bought some eye glass cleaner and Cloth . Very professional .

Love my Costco!!! Not only do they have great prices, but their offerings are very unique! We love going there on day dates and strolling up and down all the isles, looking at stuff and trying the samples! The store is always clean and employees are super helpful!

Good costco, slow workers tho. Also alot of slow customers in general. Why they walk so slow? Overall quality of food is good, very clean. Only complaint is the shrimp. I got some 21/25 shrimp but it was really blue. Washed and rinse 5 times, the water still turns blue. I dont know
