    Our power went out as a transformer blew last night. It was a terrible storm with rain and lightening. In response to our call to CPS, about 30 --45 minutes, a large CPS truck showed up. About 20 or 30 minutes later the problem was fixed and our power was restored. The service man fixed what was broken in the midst... read full comment

    Came to make a payment on light bill, csr told me that I was still at risk for disconnection. I spoke to Karen virtual and she was able to assist me with a payment plan. She also suggested that I look into other programs for assistance. Karen was very patient and helpful. Thank you for your kindness.
