I have an LLC for my consulting practice. When my future client required $1M in General Liability coverage, I turned to Crandall & Associates for help. I knew it was their busiest time of year AND my policy was small potatoes compared to the large business clients they serve, so I prepared myself to be turned away or put at the bottom of the stack. Wow, was I surprised! Tom Culp, VP of P&C, was amazingly responsive! He delivered exactly what I needed way before my deadline for having the coverage in place, and he put my policy with a very respected, well-known carrier I can trust. He also delivered when my client requested a COI with very specific parameters by a certain date. I am so impressed with Crandall & Associates’ professionalism and attitude of service. These days we assume it’s all about $$, but they treated me as if I were a big premium customer. That’s hard to find these days. I recommend Crandall & Associates above any other insurance agency in San Antonio! They are the best!!

Crandall & Associates has been the insurance provider for Apartment & Relocation Center for over 20 years. I would only want to use these knowledgeable agents. Now that I am retired and looking for different types of insurance, they have continued to support me in all ways. We switched out of a PEO. Everyone has been amazing with there knowledge about all insurance that is needed when leaving a PEO. Health insurance, Life, Fiduciary, EPLI, etc... Highly recommend Crandall for all your insurance needs!!!
