They came highly recommended. I was initially worried about the price for the extensive work I needed done. They gave me an immediate quote that was well within my price range. Parts were ordered right there on the spot once I gave my initial deposit. I was told maybe 2 weeks with parts delivery, paint and assembly. I called about a week later for an update and was told my car was done. Once I picked up my car it looked like it came off the showroom floor. You would have never known I was in an accident. I have a pearl like finish and the paint match was perfect. If I ever need body work or someone else needs it I am definitely sending them to Crash 1.Service: Body & Trim

The people at the shop were kind and considerate and very patient with me. I had all of the questions and wanted all of the updates and not only did they do an amazing job on my car. Let’s start with the fact that they helped every step of the way.From initial inquiry, to making sure I was getting everything repaired that I was supposed to have repaired and or replaced.Communication was seriously on point 110% .And that is super rare now a days.Even sanded and re cleared my headlight that didn’t get replaced (it wasn’t part of damage) so I didn’t have one terrible looking headlight and one brand new one! Talk about taking the extra step to make the customer happy.Last but not least, delivery. I was unable to get a ride to pick up my vehicle and Ray personally delivered it to my work place for me. Super convenient. We over looked the work together, everything was done with quality, paint wasn’t full of orange peel, wasn’t hacked what so ever. Quality work here at Crash 1. Will recommend every time I can.

Crash 1 Collision was recommended to me by a family member that had previously received their services. Now I highly recommend! I took my car in for damage to my passenger side door and window due to an accident. Ray was very helpful in contacting my insurance when necessary. He was very nice and professional. He kept me updated every step of the way. My car looks phenomenal!!
