This rating is for Mr. Jeffery Mead. He is very respectful and does not rush to receive details of the issue we had. He has good eye contact to answer the questions asked to him. Mr. Mead also kept us unformed of the progress of our issue. The end results turned out very favorable. The rating I chose is because of Mr. Mead's respect. Will do everything within his authority to get the answers needed. Also if the end results were not the same. Mr. Mead would still be 5 star rated, because of what he dose. I very HIGHLY RECOMEND Mr. Mead. Thank you again for your support SIR!! YOU ROCK!!! SALUTE!!!

Really love the new set up. People are really nice and although there is no drive up ATM or banking, it is quite accessible. It is definitely different, but we need to learn to roll with the times.

Worst experience ever! I was ripped off by a contractor & went in person for help. Tried speaking to the CEO, but no one would give me any information. I even had printed emails showing the contractor offered a refund when I threatened w/ a police report. Instead, they put me in an office where two men approached me, & verbally attacked me, even stepping forward getting in my face! I was shocked to be treated this way as a loyal customer. They focused on telling me it was all my fault! I lost 1,700 & would never recommend this place to anyone! They do not back their customers! ?

I tried to login to the account I've had for 20 years yesterday to pay bills and found they have changed their online banking to a new system. Called customer service and the rep was unable to get me into my account. Their system did not recognize my information. The rep said a technical person would contact me within 24 hours. 26 hours later I called back and spoke to another rep who insisted on walking me through the registration process for their new online system. Once again, the system did not recognize my name, date of birth, ss#, and account number. The rep said she would have someone call me within a day. I need to pay my bills that are due October 1st and I can't access any of the information I need. If you are looking for a bank or credit union, I don't recommend Credit Human. We don't even know where they have a branch where you can sit down with a real human to get this resolved.

The most confusing way to ever make a loan vehicle payment for anyone it’s to many back and fourth with them purposely to keep charging you extra for over the phone payments instead of making it easy to set up a direct deposit

Great new facility. Just very sad you have to park in the garage (even if free) and walk up or in. No drive through either. Maybe they will put in a drive through somewhere nearby.
