Please avoid this location at all costs! The “ladies” working here are rude and the wait to pay a bill or have one of them process it for you is ridiculous. Better off going to a branch with a drive through or one with actual tellers behind a counter. I stop in because it’s closer than the branch on Bandera and regret it every time.

Clean location and pleasant staff.*Took updated photos for anyone out there.*The entrance is on the East side facing towards the highway on Frontier Rd. You can enter from Silicon Dr. (Side of Walmart/Sam's).The drive through is on the south end.I came in due to being unable to contact customer service. I got the help I needed in my services. I felt welcomed, not rushed, and appreciated. Even though this isn't my side of town, I wanted to post photos for anyone else looking for this location and wondering how this location was.Parking is somewhat limited to about 10 places for credit human customers. Overall great experience!

I went in to this branch a little frustrated with customer service over the phone. Joshua was very helpful and helped me resolve all my banking issues. Kept my account cause of him, very patient, insightful, and helpful young man!
