I have been waiting for about 25 minutes now and no one has showed back up. Saturday, July 19 . 11:40am -12:08 Cricket yall need to fire them or get more employees who can run your store. How am I supposed to make a phone payment when no one here . Ridiculous !

The service was below below sub par. Had to get a new phone and asked for a data transfer which i thought they still do but I guess budget cuts in the company can't afford a USB cable and the app to do it. Shame. And then the young lady that was handling it had some serious attitude issues. Make eye contact and speak clearly. Once I saw the dirty clothes and RBF I knew it was going to be fun. She looks like she gives unenthusiastic HJs. The location off bandera has better service. Don't bother giving this location the attention.

States they close at 8 it’s actually 7:35 and they locked the doors, waved me of that they’re closed.

I went into this location on March 14 and I had the best experience. I’m terrible with names but the girl working that day had great customer service. She was so quick. She explained everything clearly and offered other services that were very helpful. I will definitely go back to this location. She was awesome!
