If I could give less than a star I would. Maggie was so unprofessional. I will never go back to this place again or refer anyone to this place. I bought a phone on 01/09/24 and when I tried to use the phone, I noticed I couldn't make calls or text anyone on my contact list. I returned to this store on 01/10/24 and told Maggie about my issue and she shrugged her shoulders and said there was nothing I could do. She refused to give me a refund on the $200 phone I purchased. She also said that I was "stuck" with the phone and she wasn't going to give me anything. I was devastated because I am on a fixed income and I wanted to get a phone that worked and I would enjoy. I saved up for this phone and then I get this kind of service? I don't want anything to do with this retailer. I have been going back and forth with 611 and the store manager Maggie and she keeps saying they have different policies than what 611 has. All I want is for Cricket to make it right with me, I want my refund since I was within the time allotted. Maggie is suppose to be the manager at this store and she conducted herself very unprofessional. I would like to be contacted by the owner regarding this issue. Mrs. Diaz

Sales rep sucked... Didn't help me with my situation and also didn't provide me with any kind of solution he must of been a rookie and to add on that the manager wasn't even there

Very rude service. My mom went in to pay her phone. One of the representatives responded to a comment that my mom said with a extremally rude comment. She merely stated that she needed a minute to catch her breath and was met with a comment of "nobody asked you". This particular member at the store on 2706 W. Commerce should not be working with public.

Larry was kind enough to help me with the cricket insurance and guide me through getting my new phone as well as helping me with other needs such as Facebook. He is very helpful. He very smart and helped me quickly. I will definitely be coming back and send him more customers!
