Rude service! I went to pay a phone bill in person and forgot my phone so I had to call a family member in order to pay the bill but the staff would not assist me by allowing me phone service to call and get access to it... So I had to drive all the way back home to get my phone because she is being rude today

Bought a cricket phone, paid in full. Used it as a tablet for awhile. When I decided to add it as another phone line, found out cricket won't unlock it cause I waited longer than 6months after purchase. They refuse to unlock property i purchased and own. Asked to speak to supervisor, said it was there policy. Do not buy a phone here!!!
