Great service and which is rare these days especially when you enter the store 10min to close on a Saturday night and are leaving an hour after they close. Lili was beyond helpful she even made sure my HBO MAX service was connected before I left. ?

Before you barely step inside, clerks start asking how can I help you and your still by the front door. Customer service is awful!

Years ago, searched online: "Cricket store nearest me", found rude staff/poor service. Since then, been driving the extra 2,3 miles to get to this location. Superior, top shelf staff here. This location is your first choice, even if it's not closest.

Went in to pay a bill and was informed that I had an upgrade available. I did a plan where I can make monthly payments and I almost left dancing because I wanted the new iPhone and I got it!

Five stars,,, sevice is bad,,, phones they make and sell, ovation and ovation 2, Don't buy these, they don't send and receive texts 90% of the time , screen freezes and it turns itself off. I've tried to work with them but no one wants to accept that there's a problem with these phones.
