I was trying to buy a phone but the dude at the evening shift was sooooo mean and rude he is a terrible seller, poor guy, after all he's the only responsible of his bad day or work to improve or it'll get even worse.Loser or winner your attitude will mark the difference.

I called the Cricket location at Bandera street and nobody picked up the phone and they have no voicemail working. I think my 3-star review rating is very generous so far. I want to see if I can get a free Samsung Android cell phone and if data is unlimited included with calling to Mexico. ***Maybe they will answer the phone before the year 2022.

How can you now have an added charge after a couple of days after end of month's service - when there is no contract to begin with? This might be a future reason for switching.

The employees need to be trained better. I had got misinformed so I was running around trying to get information I didn't need to switch over with my baby when I was there & ready to switch & really didn't need that info.. I was so mad I just walked out. I'll go somewhere else

says open at 9:00 am at 8:00 pm Monday through Friday, and Saturday from 9:00 am to 8:00 pm, it is Monday, and it is already 9:45 am and it is still closed
