I called customer service today to once again speak to someone about my non-working hot spot. This extra service cost an extra 50$ per month and has never worked properly. I have been calling for 6 months and have got the same "Take the battery out and put it back in". When I finally asked for my money back and to cancel the service I was told they could not refund my money and canceling the service would only deduct 10$ from the bill. This seems to be a very shady practice. Apparently customer service does not keep records of service calls. I am canceling our service and when I expressed this and my displeasure was told to have a nice day. I will not be dealing with this company again.

Young man sassy & arrogant let hom know what customer service told me over re:my account. But he was snappy and sassy about my questions...Really cricket better customer service is needed! ?

One star for attention and warning to future customers. Customer service was great at this location but NO RETURNS ON ACCESSORIES. Im sure this is stated on the store policy that is posted behind the counter, but it was posted so high that I could not read it. My fault for not asking for the return policy to be lowered or shown to me were I can read it. Live and learn for myself.There are still companies out there that have a no return only exchange policy and cricket is on of them. BUYER BEWARE

the tall girl is rude i believe her name was aide always on her phone while attending my grandmother she needs to pay attention to what she was asking but she's a spic she cant comprehend my question and she called the police on my mom she needs immigration called on her . i do not recommend this store at all ,i'm going to take my business somewhere else.
