Paid service and ordered auto draft was not added. Found out a day late that they didn’t add it. Lady here needs help, two people ahead and it took almost an hour. She did help out the people perfectly though.

This week I went to buy a new chip for a phone I had bought unlocked at another store. And apparently the young lady who served us didn't like it, her treatment left a lot to be desired, her antipathy towards clients is uncomfortable, and they don't even greet you, we said good afternoon and she doesn't answer, thank you and she didn't even answer. He inserted the chip and returned the phone to us but he didn't even bother to see that the new number would stay working.

The store was up to par with cleanliness. I went in to purchase a. NEW phone. The representative was not very friendly upbeat or interested. It's to bad I had previously been on my husband's acct and kept the service on for about five yrs after his passing. I worked for Spectrum throughout this whole time and always paid my bill on time. I left only because I got a new phone through Spectrum. I left no attention to customers needs. Boo
