Was only one employee working. First of the month, store was packed and the one employee decided to help a new phone purchaser literally watch EACH phone number go on the new phone instead of helping others make simple phone payments. He did it on purpose so all customers can walk out.

The customer service was perfect. Angela was very willing to help and give the answer you're looking for. She even explained how to transfer data from an old phone to a new one. She's also a very nice person who seems to be enjoying her job.

We may have started on the wrong foot because I came in a couple of minutes before they were even open and set up, but all ends well as they have once again lived up to their amazing reviews. Laura helped me get more comfortable in choosing the best plan for me as she must have noticed me getting stressed out. I needed to switch both my phone and wifi hotspot accounts with them. The process was amazingly smoother than I thought. I saved lots of money. This shop is worth visiting and visiting and visiting for sure. Now at home, I installed their Cricket app. So easy to use! I got myself autopay and so there was no need to do more app setup. And by the way I'm saving an extra 10 bucks a month for choosing autopay for my monthly dues. Yesss!!!

This Sunday on September 29, 2019. I had horrible customer service experience from a girl I never seen there that was working there. When i arrived the door was lock even though the the store hours were open, I knock on the door she unlock it. I came to get my son a phone and add a line with cricket for him, as well my son was with me. I had a couple of questions for a phone to buy, although she was being rude and didn't attend or answer any questions I had, the whole time she was on her phone and had her phone really loud talking to her friends on face time and chatting when she gets out of work. I kept trying asking for her help and she ignore me and was very rude to me in front of my son. I felt so dissatisfied and disappointed with this service because I always come to this location and receive great service from the staff that works there, as well she said to me she was the manager. I have been a loyal customer for over 10 years that this experience just made to switch to another provider. What really did it was the the treatment and the service to me and what my son had to see and experience as well. Goodbye cricket.
