Kevin M was on the company phone when my son and I walked in to pay for my phone bill and add another line. He was taking my payment while still on the phone with customer. He proceeded to take payment first. Then helped with additional line etc I asked him if there was anything else I needed to pay he answered no. Next day my 4 lines were suspended and notice on my phone said I needed to pay 35.00 I called customer care agent told me Kevin should have told me about the additional 20.00 fee because he supposed to know about the fee. I had to pay 40.00 total to have my phones restored but because Kevin was on the phone while still trying to help me and the person on the phone he caused me to pay 40.00 When I reached out to Kevin M Hernandez stated that I should have added the other line first then paid my phone after telling him what customer care agent said to me that he shouldn't have been on the phone with another customer and trying to help me customer agent said Kevin should have known about the fee and charged me when I paid for the new line. Kevin M hung up on me. Cricket wireless your employee is unprofessional and rude check the cameras in the store he works at

I wanted to take time to say thank you to Kevin M. the employee at this store. He was very professional and attentive. He helped me with my concerns and made me feel very satisfied with the outcome. There should be more employees like this gentleman highly recommend this location.

I been here since 10 am. Still nobody here. And they open at 10 am. It’s been 30 minutes. Who ever works here deserves to be fired.

I went to this particular store because I had been there previously to buy my last phone. At that time the people there were awesome helpful knowledgeable and friendly. However this particular day there was one girl there and no customers in the store. I walked in and she was standing behind the counter I proceeded to tell her that I needed to replace my phone because it was acting up.When I walked over to the phone displays she came from around the counter I asked her for her opinion on phones and she proceeded to tell me that she only really knew about iPhones. So no knowledge on the product you're actually selling. I then asked her what she thought about Samsung and her only remark was that it was $699 but she didn't have one on display to show me. I asked her about the other phones none of which were plugged in or even charged enough to turn on so I'm supposed to buy a phone that I can't even see how it works you know nothing about any of the phones. Ok thanks!! Needless to say I left the store and took my business to a cricket further down the highway where they were extremely helpful and knowledgeable.

The Rep was wonderful & try to address issue! Disappointed in Cricket because I paid for my service as always directly fr my branch & they have my calls being forward today simply bc they will discontinue Galaxy Notes 9 according to what the Rep said. I was not told about this issue in advance! Very unfair! I want my complete service back! Pls Cricket, I understand this service is till April 1, then ppl with Galaxy Notes 10 & down, service will b disconnected according to what I was told today!
