Went to cricket this afternoon to get my wife an upgrade. Upon Arrival we met Myers he took us under his wing of experience and got us situated within 5 minutes. Walked out please with his service and knowledge. Total time 10 minutes and 2 happy customers.

Its amazing how guadalupe was able to keep calm while she had a store full of customers she was able to attend to every customer in timely manner while still setting up my device with all my junk and taking payments as well
The attention she gave each cystomer and her personallity was amazing i will most definally will be coming back with any questions i may have to get ger help and attention keep up the good work young lady

Thank you so much to Erik who was patient, helpful, knowledgeable, and kind. I was in a hurry to get a new iPhone because mine completely went out the night before and I was traveling out of town that day. I was stressed and Erik helped me out with great customer service by explaining and giving me options on what iPhone to purchase. I had a few issues on getting to purchase my phone but Erik was patient and helped me out. Thank you Erik, you are greatly appreciated!!! ✨?

My mother went by today and encountered a VERY RUDE worker. She asked her to help pick a cell phone and the girl said "They're right there.." she asked to explain them and told her what she was looking for and the lady half asked told her briefly about each phone. It's very sad that our elderly get treated the way they do and shame on Cricket for not helping and understanding our older generation isn't phone savvy. Imagine if someone treated her parents that way. I plan on finding out her name. All I found out was she was a young Hispanic gordita (heavy set) woman with long black hair. Apparently another older woman was there and said she is ALWAYS rude but she has no choice but to go there because it's close to her home. Very sad. Shame on you Cricket. If your senior citizen family members have to go there, go with them.
