Avoid Cricket at all cost if they hire people like this guy!!!Went to check out the new folding phones but left immediately. This guy David was acting awful to a poor woman who was visibly upset while trying to change her number or something. He won't even call to see what the customer service had told her since he disagreed with whatever it was.What's wild is he says he's calling the cops if she doesn't leave! Imagine bringing in irresponsible people with guns because you don't want to help someone having trouble with your service.

David is the most unprofessional, unempathetic, indecent "customer service representative" I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with. He was incredibly rude, spiteful, and unhelpful.Don't come here, go see Summer at the Fredericksburg location nearby, if you must use Cricket. She's a wonderful human being, unlike David.

This place only had one person tending to customers. Even when a customer wanted to make a simple transaction as paying bills, it was not possible, due to network problems. One star for me. All I needed was to activate a phone. I had to go to another company.

Ive paid my bills with cricket as usual and they make a mistake on my plan and want me to pay them 60 more bucks for their mistake. 1st time ive ever had a problem with them in 15 yrs.

Nobody likes paying the $3 walk-in fee and nobody likes having the 24 hour grace period waved to be forced to pay the reactivation fee and nobody likes AT&T secretly owning cricket. I switched phone providers to get away from AT&T and if things keep getting worse which they probably will than I will eventually just cancel my phone service. Its bad enough now I have to pay an extra $3 which made my phone bill $28 but not they added on an extra $1 for whatever reason they can make up on the spot besides the obvious ruthless greed. everyone at corporate is all gangster until they are declaring bankruptcy one day and their a$$ is out of job and theyre fighting a homeless guy for food inside of a dumpster so they can feed their family.
