Annie was very helpful she was explaining the bill very perfectly and helped me out with saving money. The other girl rudely interrupted and made me feel very uncomfortable due to the fact that I tried asking her a question earlier, and she brushed me off

Summer who works in the front processed my payment said I had a 30$ credit therefore only had to pay 30$instead of 60 I tried to explain to her it’s normally 60 she said you have a 30$ credit therefore that’s why it’s only 30$ The next day my phone was off when I went it in she said it’s my fault and couldn’t take off the late nor reactivation fee so I could pay or have my phone off having a sick baby I need my phone on therefore I paid but having to leave work early And drive out there then to have to pay extra fees because of her mistake is unprofessional when the lady I talk to prior that same morning said she was able to waive it when I came into the store I understand mistakes happen but to blame the other person when you clearly said yes I remember when I told her about the conversation we had about the credit on the account is unprofessional

Found a promotion they were having while I was surfing through offerup. So we went in to add a line to our account. Fast and easy without costing a ridiculous amount. Summer was amazing. So nice and helpful. She went above and beyond by asking if we were signed up for the affordability program, which we were not. So she gave us the information and even got us all signed up! This will definitely be our store from now on!
