Don’t ever go to this place this person called Stephanie she is extremely bad employee, is extremely rude and very unprofessional when she was speaking to me she wasn’t even looking at me she was on the phone on a call with someone I think the boyfriend, when I walked in she was on her phone the whole time she was on her phone, her appearance was not professional she looked like she didn’t care of her job and her clients, she smelled like weed and the whole place too, when I wanted to cancelled my service she said that we can’t do that and we can’t refund you she never let me speak and I was speaking the whole conversation she kept interrupting me. Please go somewhere else this place is not worth your money.

Asked about government program that pays $30 towards your bill. Was looking for internet,person answering phone had heavy middle eastern accent,he didn't like repeating himself,was rude.

Don’t go to this place cricket on Grissom , the manager Rosie is not friendly from the time you walk in bad vibes walked in with my mom to set her up with a new phone ,she never greeted us I had to say hi , she got bothered when after transaction I forgot to tell her my mom 82 years old needed the same number ported over , I apologized since it was my fault to mention , she never said it’s ok , her face said it all , I cancelled all transaction and will not ever go back again to that place , and mind you she was training a gentleman, he was nicer then her the manager , they should consider promoting him and demoting her
